Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Suwanee

Good smoothies and bowls but very rude employees. Picked up an order of açaí bowls and didn’t see spoons in the bag and asked if they were in the bag and was told yes. When I opened the bag they weren’t included, no issue, just went back inside and asked for spoons. The employee threw the spoons on the counter right next to my outstretched hand while giving me a nasty look. I didn’t know asking for spoons that’s weren’t included warranted such behavior 🤷‍♀️ usually they’re much nicer but the employees on July 3 didn’t seems to like me asking for a spoon.

Edit: After reading some reviews I have seen that another customer commented on the same employee a month ago and clearly nothing has changed. I would recommend this place if the girl working that had been mentioned by name isn’t working to have a better experience. Changing from 1 start to 2 since the other employees I’ve encountered have been much nicer but there are other places that will get you the same items with better service. She just left such a bad taste in such a short encounter. Also ask I’m eating my bowl they left out part of of three toppings. Best to just skip...

Products are ok, but the most important thing for a business is when it comes to customers.... This place should make sure, or at least, try to make sure they hire the right people with a really good customer service abilities, always a bad experience when buying something at this location with two girls, one looks like Indian and the other one white named Alexia or Lexi, something like that... Those two girls have the most rude and unwelcoming attitude, they're not even worth a tip... Hope the store hire carefully they workers since they are the face of...

Planet smoothie is the place to go if you want some of the best tasting smoothies! The staff was awesome. I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for recommendations and they were very helpful. I placed my order and it didn't take them long to get my order ready. The prices are very good considering these smoothies can easily replace a meal.My experience overall was 10/10.
