Dress Up Suwanee — Local services in Suwanee

Just left here. First walked in the staff greeted us but proceeded to ignore the 20 items in our hands and felt extremely uncomfortable like they were staring at us. Well once my wife and I were the only ones left in the store the blonde asked us if we wanted a room I said yes. My wife and I walked over to room my wife sat on the stool and we closed the curtain. I heard whispering behind the curtain so I opened it up. I got the feeling they thought we were trying to steal or whatever i dont know. So I opened the curtain to show them that I am just trying on sweaters and dresses. I didn’t even take off my pants or shirt. I tried them on over my clothes. When I opened up the curtain the blonde walks up to me and says it’s our policy to have only one person in the room at a time. I said that’s news to me I’ve been here several times and no one’s said anything to me prior.. but I was always sharing a room with a friend. But this time I had my wife who has short hair and dresses like a man. The girl then says we don’t allow room sharing unless it’s like a mom and daughter.. I said that’s news is a really weird thing to say? Is it because we are gay and she made the rudest face and says, umm no. So I said alright. I had my wife leave I took the dress off hung it back up on the bar and walked out of the store. I have been to several dress ups and I have been to that one specifically several times with my friends and not once have I EVER felt uncomfortable or been told anything about someone else being in the same room until today. If it’s policy there should be a visible sign with said policy and the policy should apply to EVERYONE not just who you deem fit. It’s funny because half my wardrobe is from this place and all my friends from the moms club love this store.. I’ll be sure to let them know about...

I went to the store today to return an item. The receipt was stamped on 09/21. The associate, Taylor, rudely responded I brought an item past the return window of 30 days. When I questioned her how it can be past the date, then she changed her words saying today’s 30th day. She was very ignorant as if I couldn’t understand English based on my ethnicity, and told me “You better respect the return policy next time.”

I called the cooperate as soon as I left. The agent, Claudia, said I should have until 10/21 to return any items from 09/21. The item was unworn and unwashed and a different size to replace the original purchase has already been placed online.

I really do not appreciate the attitude of the associate. If you can’t do simple math, you should not be behind the counter.

Nonexistent customer service. This is my second time visiting this location in the past two months. The first time I visited, the young girl working seemed to be in a terrible mood. Understandable, everyone has those days. The second time I visited (today) it was the same young girl working. She never spoke or made eye contact and looked like she hated her job and anyone that walked in the door. So many cute clothes but won’t be buying anything from a place that doesn’t have the decency to greet and assist...
