I don't normally leave reviews but after my positive experience at Jay Acupuncture, I felt driven to write one. I've been struggling with headaches & neck pain for years. My friend told me that acupuncture may help and recommended me to visit Dr. Kim.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience!! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the clinic manager. Her bright smile and positivity put me at ease.

The clinic was clean, calm and beautifully designed. Dr. Kim took his time to listen to my concerns and provided a detailed explanation on how acupuncture could help with my issues. I LOVED how he didn't seem rushed, like many other doctors. I'm not that fond of needles but I didn't really feel them at all. The treatment was relaxing and I felt a noticeable difference in the pain level. When I arrived at the clinic, my pain level was about a 8 out of 10 but after my treatment, I felt that my pain level was about 4 out of 10. TRULY AMAZING!!!

I'm so glad that i decided to try acupuncture and I feel so blessed to have met Dr. Kim. He has a gentle and compassionate approach and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patient's well being.
