Be aware the level for resolving poor service is beyond minimal of satisfactory. I came to this establishment to enjoy Cinco De Mayo as a party of two. As frequent visitors, we were aware of the busy crowd and possible delays with service. However, we had a server who appeared to be in a hurry to get off work. Our food came to the table at 9:21 PM and at 9:25 PM. We were met again in attempt to hand over numerous items. With clear a clear understanding of her attempt to clear the table. The server then brings it to our attention that she is doing things around the restaurant for closing. Yet the business hour posted states 11:00 PM is closing time. Which then led to even more frequent visits and a check being dropped off. I asked for to go packaging and left.
Saturday May 06, 2023:
A call is made at 9:06 PM in attempt to speak with manager. Hoping to give the establishment the benefit of addressing my concerns for poor service. A gentleman answers the phone and I explain what has happened. He explains that he apologizes for the inconvenience and that an reattempt for quality service would be guaranteed. He explains to visit next day due to timing. So an agreement is made and I as a customer felt understood.

An additional call is made to confirm that the attempt to guarantee quality service would would still be available. Being that I would not want to drive to an establishment just to be let down again. A woman answers the phone and I requested the manager by name. Only to then find out the “gentleman” I spoke with is not a manager and possibly not even a employee. Leading to confusion and so the call is passed to a “Assistant Manager” and at this point I have no trust in who I’m dealing with. Only to explain the issue of the matter and be told. I as a paying customer have to accept that the service given is what it is. To include that the only thing that they can offer is an apology and to move on. So moral of the review is take the risk to support this local business at your own risk. You might not know who you’re actually dealing with or giving your...
Read moreThis place has the potential to be great but the quality of food and service is so inconsistent that I can’t even recommend it to anyone. The first time I placed an order, I got the sopa de pollo and the shrimp salad. The soup was great but they left out the salad dressing(!) and by the time I got home, they had already closed. I’ve ordered the chicken soup and Asada tacos many times - via Door Dash / phone - and it’s becoming very obvious that they don’t bother to read instructions or update their menu. The last time we ordered through Door Dash, they didn’t let us know they were out of ceviche until AFTER I arrived to pick it up (we made sure they had more than enough time to prepare the food and I still had to wait once I got there) and then the employee told me she doesn’t know to work the register to refund us for it (she didn’t seem to care to try either) and proceeded to give me a cash refund and laugh. Tonight, I ordered the chicken soup and it is TERRIBLE. This is the first time they just threw in CHUNKS of chicken SKIN and it tastes so salty, it’s as if someone dumped a bunch of salt in it and didn’t even bother to taste it. I couldn’t even handle more than a few spoons of it and I usually eat the entire thing. Moreover, when I walked in the door to pick up my order, the guy at the front just looked at me and never even bothered to say anything. With the last two DD orders I placed for the tacos, I specifically stated in the instructions to not include any onions but they did it anyway. I hope management reads all of these reviews and steps up their quality of service. Very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be ordering here anymore. The quality of the food and service does not match the...
Read moreToday was an incredibly bad experience. First, we are regulars at this restaurant, and my whole family loves their Mexican food. My daughter called and ordered five dishes, and my son and I went to pick them up, paying for all five. But when we got home, we realized they only gave us four. So my son called the restaurant, explained the situation, but the girl on the phone, without checking anything, immediately said that they put everything in the bag, and they didn’t miss anything.
We kept explaining that we only got four dishes, and one was missing. The girl just kept insisting that everything was in the bag. I got really mad and told her I can count, and I know we only got four dishes. I asked for a refund. She said they couldn't refund and suggested they would give us the missing item next time we ordered. But I don’t want to order from them again! I don’t want a credit; I want my money back.
She then asked the manager and came back saying they couldn’t refund just for one dish, basically implying that I had to return the food to get a full refund. I ordered, paid, and didn’t get my complete order. Instead of fixing the issue, they kept saying they couldn’t do anything.
Finally, after all that, they admitted it was their mistake and they really had missed one dish. But they still didn’t offer a reasonable solution. Their irresponsible attitude is just infuriating! I will be telling all my friends not to go to this place—making mistakes, refusing to own up, and not handling problems actively. Zero stars!...
