Beyond Disappointed and Disgusted
My family and I have been loyal customers of Ding Tea Suwannee for over two years, eating there nearly every Saturday. Unfortunately, after our most recent visit, we will not be returning.
While eating my banh mi sandwich, I found two long white hairs in my food (and stopped checking after that). Completely grossed out, I brought it to the attention of the staff. They said a manager would call me back ā and when they did, I was told it was ālemongrass fiber,ā not hair. I explained that I cook with lemongrass regularly and even grow my own ā this was absolutely not lemongrass. The hair was about four inches long, white, and clearly had a root. It looked like it came from a dog, based on the texture and tapering.
Instead of taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology, they insisted thereās no one on staff with white hair, said they reviewed the cameras and remaining food, and essentially implied it couldnāt have come from them. The tone felt accusatory and dismissive. I ended the call, only to be contacted again by another manager repeating the same thing and demanding pictures.
At that point, I was done. Between the contamination and the way the situation was handled, Iām completely disgusted. They can keep the $40 I spent ā my family and I will...

On our first trip, we arrived an hour before close and spent close to half an hour in the drive-thru before we could even place our order. The menu at the window has a more comprehensive menu. Four drinks of different sizes were changed, but were all the same size when handed off. They tasted fine. On our second trip, my husband and I decided to give this business a second try, considering that it was late last we visited. The drive-thru proceeded in a timely manner. When we began to place our order, the window employee was impatient and short with our questions, rushing through the transaction and treating us like a nuisance. The employee who handed off the drinks was cordial and far kinder. One drink was tasty, the other was unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend...

When you have more customers, you need to know that you have a good product and have to keep it at least the same quality. When you reduce the quality to have more benefits, you will definitely lose your customers. I was your loyal customer, but day by day, the drinks become more tasteless. I almost thought that I was drinking a tab water. Try the same drink at this store and a new store inside Mall of Georgia, and you will definitely understand what I am talking...
