Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Suwanee

(This is an updated and edited one) I love this place and have been shopping 3 times a week at this store for more than 2 years already. Here, dairy products especially are satisfying such as REAL cheese (not just pretending to be cheese), organic eggs, organic Grass-fed yogurt and Grass-fed organic whole milk section let alone great quality of Grass-fed beef! Besides, there are much more various kinds of (brands) REAL ORGANIC ones and whole foods than ANY other supermarkets - Publix or Costco or Sam's or Kroger or Aldi ,etc... Above all, quality-wise the dairy products such as yogurt, milk and beef at this place can beat any and that aspect is strongest selling point indeed. That is why I come here even though it is quite far away from my neighborhood. Likewise, various kinds of organic fruits are here and its flavor itself is different from the ones of any other supermarkets, I can guarantee! Last but NOT least, this place is clean and organized at all times and also almost every staffs are very nice and kind! They are all willingfully helping me whenever i shop and it makes me lots of happy smile :) For example, especially Ms. Nicole. She is super sweeeet and incredibly attentive and patient for helping customers. Unfortunately when I ordered items for a pick-up at wrong address ( another sprouts) and I asked my family to pick them up, she helped my family member a lot on the spot, which was touching...!!! He kept asking her name because he appreciated her genuine kindness and shared the experience with us together at home. I also thank her for helping my family. And I also have to mention one certain African American cashier lady who surprisingly bothers checking EVERY TIME every single egg to see if it is broken or not by opening the case when paying. My family love this attentive lady. Although i dont know her name(she told me she used to work at Whole food market before), I always feel thankful for her exceptional service to her. At this Sprouts you get the benefit of a holistic, clean, natural farmers market, mixed with the service and selection of a giant grocery store chain. I moved to the area about a year ago and Clayton, Ryan, Chris Diaz, Jesse, and so many others have quickly become like family. They never hesitate to check in the back for me if something is out of stock. They never fail to ask how I’m doing and if they can help in any way. They consistently keep the store at a standard I hold near and dear making my grocery shopping enjoyable, efficient, and life changing.. After battling some health issues, Sprouts has given me the clean, safe produce I needed in order to heal. I have endless options to choose from, brands I trust, and a staff that ensures I always have what I need. Whether fresh cut grass fed chuck roast (Shout out to Chris), or fresh celery from the back (Shout out to Jacob), I have never been so well taken care of. Even the cashiers like James and Jamie are always ready to help me check out quickly if I’m running late, or find a product if I’m trying something new. Me and my sister came here at 3 pm to try their deli sandwiches for lunch. Worst experience ever! We filled out the form and waited for a worker to come grab them from us. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes with about 6 workers looking at us in the deli from afar. We had to ask someone stocking nearby where we were supposed to put our forms and he went to find a deli person. After that it took about 40 minutes for the deli boy to make ONE sandwich. After he gave me mine he left for 5 minutes and came back to let my sister know that they don’t have the ingredients to make her wrap and if she wanted something else. She told him she doesn’t want anything since it took so long for one sandwich and we left.

Terrible customer service and it didn’t help that he made my sandwich with the wrong type of pesto and it wasn’t toasted which made it not taste good at all. Do not come here for their deli! I recommend la madeleine for sandwiches or literally anywhere else that doesn’t take 40 mins to make a...
