Glaze Tea Buford — Restaurant in Suwanee

I asked if she could make a different one because their taro drink was so weird. The Taro paste that comes with the drink is very starchy and off-putting. The second one I tried was the Tiger, I found the brown sugar boba also offputting. I could practically taste the sugar alcohol which is not a good taste. The third I tried was the Creme Brulee drink that my gf got. Didn't really taste very interesting or different. They also have a sign that says we will remake your drink if you are unsatisfied which just tells me that they get remakes all the time. To make it worse, the prices are pretty high for a boba shop which makes me wonder what exactly their trying to do. I would much rather go to Kung Fu Tea over this place because when I buy a drink it acvtually tastes like the advertised flavor, not alcohol or starch. Pretty sure all the money went into the atmosphere and not the employees pockets as the barista was beyond disinterested....

Bad bad bad experience. I live in the apartment only minutes walking distance to this place. I have been a loyal customers since they opened the shop. Lately, I have a very bad experience with the guy taking orders. There were two guys working on July 18th around 7pm, the shorter guy took my order. He didn't pay attention at all. He kept looking at his phone when taking my order and repeatedly asking me about my drink customization. He did all my drinks wrong. While the taller guy came and redo my order, he was like "oh, ok" and went right back to his phone. I order the Creme Brulee Cake no boba light ice, he made that one with boba. I also order the Camper which is Camellia Tea, he gave me the Glaze, Camellia milktea. And while I was waiting for my order he still asked me if i want ice in my drink or not. Did he even look at the label? I am a milktea loving person so that I really think the managers should do something about...

The Manager is racist and they jump to conclusions and jump on anyone who looks suspicious even though they do nothing. I was going to get a boba after washing my hands because I came once before to use the restroom and transfer money and get something from Car so as soon as I come back I go to go to my seat and he threatens to kick me out and said I’m not welcomed in his store because he assumed I was using the restroom for free so as I was charging my phone even know I was still thinking about what I wanted to I had to buy something fast or he would have kept pestering me mind you I’m the only black guy in this store with all...
