Pickle and Social offers a unique and dynamic experience, seamlessly blending the thrill of pickleball with a delightful culinary and beverage journey. The indoor and outdoor pickleball courts provide an exciting backdrop for both seasoned players and those new to the sport. The establishment's commitment to creating a social atmosphere is evident, fostering a sense of community among patrons.
The menu at Pickle and Social is a culinary delight, offering a diverse range of mouthwatering dishes that cater to various palates. The fusion of inventive flavors and high-quality ingredients elevates the dining experience. The kitchen's ability to craft delicious meals while accommodating dietary preferences adds an extra layer of appeal.
The bar is a highlight, boasting a well-curated selection of alcoholic beverages. However, it's worth noting that the alcohol prices are on the higher side. While Pickle and Social provides a premium selection, the cost may be a consideration for some patrons. Despite this, the attentive and knowledgeable staff contribute to the overall positive ambiance, enhancing the social aspect of the experience.
While the concept is innovative and the execution commendable, a 4 out of 5 rating is given, taking into account both the need for a sound dampening system in the indoor courts and the relatively high alcohol prices. Pickle and Social remains a standout destination for those seeking a dynamic and enjoyable outing, with room for improvement in...
Read moreI have a big group of friends that loves to play pickle ball together. Eight of us went up there today for the first time. I really enjoyed just about every aspect of it. They had a few kinks to work through which would be understandable for any new endeavor such as this one. However, Chris took care of my crew like a true hospitality professional. We will be back on Tuesday night. I’m really glad this is now available.
The actual Pickleball component of the facility is really top-notch in my opinion. I’m accustomed to playing mostly at Webb Bridge, Newtown, North Park, and Cauley Creek. This was very nice relative to those, and I love those venues. The indoor area was comparable to Ace or Atlanta Pickleball Center, but those places don’t serve food or beer.
Given the overall concept, the food and bev component met and possibly exceeded expectations. Our server, Aspen, took great care of us. The prices were right on par with any neighborhood joint, but given the level of investment they clearly put into the facility itself, I think it’s a great value.
I don’t know if it’s logistically practical to add some level of noise containment/control, but that would also be a nice luxury down the road.
For now I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, and I’m looking forward to more visits. Please extend this concept to the Johns Creek area, even on a smaller, less...
Read moreTerrible service. From the moment we walked in on “opening night” it was a mess. We walked in the place is empty the host greets us with a hello and we tell her kindly we are going to the bar, she the proceeded to act like we couldn’t do that and turned to ask a coworker if we could. Which then we walked to bar after sitting at the bar we ordered a drink and when bartender asked for IDs my partner from Florida who is 28 shows the bartender his ID and she tells us she needs to check with a manager because of the out of state license which is totally understandable the manager then comes back with a real ID and says he can’t serve him we proceed to ask him why and he just keeps saying he didn’t feel comfortable serving people with out of state license we then ask if this is a normal thing for out of state license and he says yes as we are asking questions the older lady behind the bar decided to speak up about how we needed to calm down when we were asking simple questions so we definitely let her have it. This is suppose to be a family fun zone and it seemed like a entitled miserable mistake of an establishment. We ended up leaving but before leaving another manager tells us the license is real. This place seems like they have a lot of restaffing to do and a lot of things to change. And this...
