Had the worst experience today. I arrived at 12:15pm. They were busy but the owner Tom said it would just be a few minutes. I told him I needed a fill in and pedicure. The fill in was the priority. I was sat in the pedicure chair and waited another 20 minutes for someone to start on my toes. I asked how long until my fingernails would be started and they said a few minutes. A white lady walks in after and she immediately gets her nails worked on. I’m assuming she had an appointment. Then around 1pm when my pedicure is half way done, another white lady walks in and they seat her but don’t start. She did not have an appointment and that was confirmed. A few minutes later, her nails begin to be worked on and I look at Tom. He tells the person doing my pedicure that I will be started on in just a few minutes.1:40pm rolls around and my nails have still not been started and my pedicure is done. I said several times that I was on my lunch break before and after she began my pedicure to let them know they need to go in order because I can’t hang out here all day. So she tells me that they will begin my fingernails shortly and I say I’m sorry I can’t wait any longer. She told me to come back later and I said no. I paid and walk out the door. Before i came i called and a guy answered he told me $25 for gel polish and asked me what i have currently i told him i already have gel polish i want to get a color change he said $25 but after i get here and they complete service. They charged me $30 for gel polish on natural nails for my hands and toes each. I went to ask the guy and he told me i didnt tell him i already had gel polish on he said its $5 for polish removal. He is the one who asked what do i currently have over the phone before i arrived and he said $25. I dont like how the price changed after service and he want to get loud telling me he know what he said on the phone and continues to say $25 you didnt tell me you had polish on already, loud in front of people.
