The balloon bouquet was beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. However, when it arrived one of the Mylar character balloons, the one with the dinosaur, to be exact, was very under inflated. That balloon, and all of the latex, solid color balloons were no longer standing in the air by early the next morning. Our family expects the balloons we purchases to help us to celebrate different occasions to last several days . . .up to a week. That’s the performance we’re used to. OK. We’re all adults in our family so no one’s day was ruined. There were no tears or no meltdowns of a child. Balloons have just been a traditional part of our celebrations since our son, whose 44th birthday these balloons were for, was a very small child. I only tell you this to, perhaps, help this to not happen to some else, perhaps someone with a child who would be terribly disappointed. Thank you for taking the time...

I live out of state but wanted to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. I cannot thank Flowers by Dena enough. I give them 5 out of 5 stars for exceptional customer service, flexibility, and delivering a beautiful flower bouquet. A little more detail. Basically, I originally asked the flowers to be delivered on a Monday. However, it turned out my mom was whisked away to a surprise trip and so I had to reschedule delivery. Flowers by Dena communicated with me the entire time. They were very flexible in offering to reschedule the delivery. I appreciated the emails I received. In addition, when they delivered they called me to let me know it happened.

So I did 1800Flowers and they didn’t arrive for my wife’s birthday (for the second time…so shame on me), but I stopped in with my 2.5 year old daughter to get a bouquet for my wife.

Not only did she create a beautiful arrangement for my wife, she made a little one for my girl, and gave her a balloon! She was so happy. But it gets better.

It started hailing outside and the balloon popped on the way to the car, which you can imagine was devastating for my girl. Dena walked back in and brought her another one.

They always say that going the extra mile wins customers…well she definitely did and she definitely won, as I’ve found my new go-to florist....
