We had ordered food. And something came up that we tried to cancel. Which they said no. So I go to pick up and they canceled order and said they threw it away. The chicken wings were horrible. I even wondered if they picked the package from the trash. Not only that, the shrimp fried rice wasn't rice. It was horrible. I know rice and that wasn't rice. It almost looked like Quinoa. When I got there they realized they threw it away. My son called them and they said it would be 3 minutes. There were 3 different meals. So how could that have been done in 3 minutes. This is unacceptable it almost seemed the food was substituted with something else because they made a mistake. The receipt was in the trash. It was all wrinkled up. They could have made us new food, they chose not to. We should be refunded. I understand. My son was advised that the food was thrown away. Which meant the chicken wings were also thrown away. They told me they gave the winds that I ordered an hour before I was able to get there. The receipt was crumpled up. I went to pick up late because I was at an urgent eye Dr appointment traffic was bad. But besides the point I know rice. And the shrimp friend rice was not rice. Why would you advise that it was being remade 3 minutes from the time I got there. I would have happily waited. My son was told that the order couldn't be canceled but they did cancel it after they said it couldn't and I went to pick it up. They couldn't find the order and when the lady came back that is when I saw the receipt. All crumbled up. I can't believe they gave us food that may have been thrown out. I always go to green tea. I complained about it on their FB messenger. The person knew all the detail and when I said we should get a refund they told me to call the...

I did really enjoy my experience here, the sushi was great. The service was a little strange. Everyone has off days and I get that; I feel as though we were rushed out. Our waitress just showed up with the check although they were open for almost 2 more hours. Basically like thank you bye. I could have sat there and ate like $50 more worthy of sushi. It was slightly off-putting, so we decided to pay the check and finish our dinner at the ice cream shoppe..

Our sushi was delicious and fresh, the eel? What do they do to that electric noodle water monster it was excellent. The pricing was fair and they had seating open on a Friday night, but certainly not deserted and a lot of take out orders.

This won't stop me from going back, and I'd be fine with the same waitress I would just be clearer on our needs. Don't be worried if you need to ask to speak to another person you may be able to understand stand better. They aren't dumb, they know our languages are quite different. Just be polite about it.

Ordered $50 worth of food. That’s five items. We received four containers. Apparently our one sweet shrimp sushi roll was placed with our spicy shredded crab roll. Why???? And then i call back to ask why we weren’t provided with the sweet shrimp sushi (we weren’t aware it was THAT SMALL, let alone in the same container of our crab roll), and the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me it’s in there. We then realize it’s the tiniest piece of shrimp I’ve ever seen. In the same box as our sushi. They were separate orders. Why are they together? Why was it $5??
