Don’t usually write reviews. But here it is. Started looking for a Miami Cuban after watching countless videos on them. Videos from Gus villa, Daniel jewelry, Cubaknow & etc. What really made me stick with Garcias is when I watched the video from Cubaknow with his thorough explanation and analysis on Garcias Jewelry. So I began to do my own journey based of the information that I learned. I contacted Garcias Jewelry “ COUNTLESS “ times inquiring about the right size, the weight I wanted. I mean I probably asked about a million questions AND NOT ONCE DID I GET ANY TIME OF annoyed responses, never did they ask if was buying or just wasting their time asking them questions. I mean the they answered everything I wanted to know about and even gave me their advice. Some people buy things get it and don’t like it cause it doesn’t live up to their expectations, NOT IN THIS CASE. I finally decided to place my order. I Asked for a 14k 15mm Miami Cuban link. I was informed each step of the way letting me know when my chain was started, when it was almost completed, and when it was finished. When my chain was finished it was a 15.7mm and weighed 496grams 💪🏿💪🏿. Not only that but it CAME WITH ITS OWN APPRAISAL AND ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS HANDSIGNED ( NOT A COMPUTER SIGNATURE) but A REAL SIGNATURE FROM THE OWNER STATING THAT MY PIECE WAS NOT ONLY AUTHENTIC BUT IT WAS ALSO WHAT IT CLAIMED TO BE. THAT WAS THE SELLING POINT FOR ME THAT WAS POINTED OUT IN CUBAKNOWS VIDEO. Every jeweler I called around before placing my order with Garcia CHARGES YOU THE CUSTOMER EXTRA‼️‼️ To get a PAPER FOR APPRAISAL AND CERTIFICATION OF AUTHENTICITY. Another key point is their UPGRADE PROGRAM. Not only that at the time my chain was being being made they had a free of charger engraving and diamond button. I am a VERY CAUTION and PICKY person when it comes to who I spend large amounts of money with, cause a lot of shops get your money and then switch up, NOPE NOT GARCIAS. The same friendly customers service I got before I became a customer was the same quality if not BETTER during and after. If your looking to get a CHAIN that will definitely set you leagues above ANY OTHER MIAMI CUBAN LINK MANUFACTURER PLEASE GO WITH GRACIAS. If you want to look like the regular swapmeet cuban then don’t go with Garcia 🤣🤣🤣. Oh did I mention the BEAUTIFUL BOX 🗃️ THAT THE CHAIN COMES IN? Man oh man…. So for the longest time I wanted a new chain, I had been rocking a little 21inch 2.5mm 14k gold rope for the longest. I knew it was time to step my game up since I got a lil money in the pocket. I did my research as we all do before a big purchase, I watched the YouTube videos on some of the Cuban-link chains. I was undecided about what mm I wanted to get. I was between a 5-7mm, I cut right in the middle, I decided on a 6mm. It was for everyday wear and I knew based on my last 21inch I wanted a little more length. I did not want it to look like a choker. I felt going 24inch would suit me best, I’m 5’11” and weight about 190lbs. Needless to say I found Garcia’s Jewelry. I did more research, watched videos, and read reviews. Come July 4th I was sipping some adult drinks and noticed they had a special, free diamond on the box lock, and free engraving. It was a no-brainer; I sent the order. Now the chains are custom and hand made. So I didn’t expect that to ship the very next workday. That’s the beauty of the Miami Cuban, it’s a work of art specially made for special people. I gotta give my guy Rene a shout out, I changed the logo on my engraving at least 3 times; and Rene made the updates effortlessly.

A few weeks went by and I had a wedding to attend in New York. I told Rene if I would get the Cuban before the wedding. Rene promised he would have the chain at my door before I left, and he came through on his word. A couple day later I got the chain and rocked it proudly at the wedding.

I did notice there was a couple links stuck together but I blame that on me being impatient and rushing the process. Either way, I emailed Rene and he sent a shipping label to be sent back. They fixed the links at no charge and free shipping and labor.

The chain is fire, the customer service is hands down the best I’ve dealt with in any format. They are top shelf, A1. They respond within a day, and always have an answer. I genuinely mean it, you will not regret your purchase.

I look forward to getting another chain when I upgrade to a 6mm 18k 24inch Cuban. Big ups to the guys at Garcia’s! It was a pleasure and I look forward to working with...

I received my so beautiful chain this week, the packaging was stellar full of details, when I opened the box and unwrapped the paper around the chain I literally was blown away! We all have seen videos and read countless of 5 star reviews and Know we should expect an exquisite piece of handmade jewelry, but words can't describe how you feel once you see it in person, Wow Wow!

Let me drop some adjectives here; The beauty, quality, feel, weight, balance and finish of the white gold was unbelievable. The box link was another piece of jewelry in itself. The wait was so worth what was received and the finished product is far superior than anything you would just find at any jeweler. Every review posted and YouTube channel that refers to Garcia and quality work is spot on perfect. The communication back and forth emails with Rene letting me know timeline and setting expectations was very professional and just flat out great customer service, we understand this is a family owned business and things will take time when you order custom handmade works of art, patience is a true virtue and you will be rewarded when you get that Fedex package after your long awaited wait. Your piece of jewelry will be boxed in nice box with led lights, Certificate of Authenticity, Appraisal Report with Elemental Analysis, and receipt in a nice folder for your records.

My purchase was a slight guess on what I was wanting and it landed a home run, Cuban Link, 22", weight 55.9 grams, 10K in white gold. The weight is perfect when wearing and the shine/ sparkle is amazing. I will be ordering more chains for both my wife and my son in the near future! Trust the reviews, No need to search anywhere else this is the place for your Cuban links or jewelry needs.
