My husband and I inherited a beautiful diamond ring from my MIL. We knew we wanted to alter the design, but having never done this before, we were reluctant to go to just any jeweler. My husband's employer suggested we contact Art and we are so glad we did.

Art is an expert not only at jewelry, but at customer service. We felt so at ease with him and enjoyed the comradery we shared during our first visit.

Art had everything prepared for our visit so that we could design a custom ring to my liking. During the process, Art stayed in constant contact with me and the project was complete within a few weeks.

I reached out to Art while looking for an engagement ring after exploring my options at other large diamond retailers. I did not have an opportunity to drive to Cincinnati, so Artie drove two hours into Indianapolis to meet me at a cafe where we talked about everything going on in our lives. He genuinely cared what I had to say and he never shoved any sales pitch down my throat like every other place. He then showed me several options of diamonds from which I chose the one I liked. After picking the diamond, he allowed me to custom build the entire ring from scratch. The whole process took less than 4.5 weeks and gave the ring a much more personal touch.
