I am absolutely disappointed with the Montgomery store manager, Brennan. I place an order online and when I got home, the hat had face makeup on the inside. It was a white hat and very obvious. Brennan examined the hat like I was lying. I purchased another shirt and a different hat. I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience of not only receiving a dirty hat, but having to drive 20 minutes back over to the store to return it. This was definitely poor customer service. I paid full price for a hat that was supposed to be brand new and clean. Who expects to get a dirty hat? I didn't appreciate how Brennan nonchalantly blew me off and didn't even greet me with a kind or pleasant attitude. He acted like I did a horrible thing by returning a dirty hat.
