Kenwood Towne Centre stands out as one of the premier shopping destinations in Cincinnati, Ohio. With its impressive array of high-end retailers, convenient amenities, and well-maintained facilities, it caters to a wide range of shopping needs and preferences.
Located in a prime area with ample parking, Kenwood Towne Centre is home to a comprehensive mix of retailers, including luxury brands like Nordstrom, Apple, and Lululemon, alongside popular chains such as H&M and Zara. The mall is well laid out, with stores organized logically, making it relatively easy to navigate.
One of the significant highlights of Kenwood Towne Centre is its commitment to offering a complete shopping experience. Beyond retail, the mall features a variety of dining options, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, catering to a range of tastes. The presence of a children's play area and family-friendly amenities adds to the convenience, especially for those visiting with kids.
The mall is generally well maintained, with clean common areas and restrooms. The ambiance is pleasant, with plenty of seating areas where shoppers can take a break. During the holiday season, the decorations at the mall are a treat to the eyes and add to the festive shopping experience.
Despite these positives, there are a few areas where Kenwood Towne Centre could improve. During peak times, the mall can get quite crowded, and finding parking can sometimes be challenging. While there is a wide range of stores, there could be a better balance between high-end and budget-friendly options.
Customer service experiences vary across stores. While most staff are helpful and courteous, there can occasionally be longer wait times in some stores during busy periods. More consistent training for staff members across all stores would help enhance the overall shopping experience.
In conclusion, Kenwood Towne Centre offers a comprehensive and largely enjoyable shopping experience. With its wide selection of stores, convenient location, and pleasant ambiance, it's an excellent place to shop, dine, and spend time. While there's room for a few improvements, overall, it's a destination that delivers on its promise of a quality...
Read moreNice place to walk and maybe burn some $ on stuff / food to treat yourself. Big. Taking one star off for the rude janitor lady. I see these people sweeping and feel for them having to clean between the streams of elitist yuppies who won't budge an inch, cleaning trash left by slobs who ignore the million trashcans and carelessly trash up nice places like this, so I try to smile and greet them to give them a little light--intentionally walked past the woman and did my usual smile and "how are you?" and she scowled and said "yeah, excuse you." Haha, loser. The other star I'm taking off for the security dweeb who kept staring me down for no reason. I nodded and smiled my best "I'm not trying to rob any stores or vandalize the bathrooms" smile hoping the weirdo would leave me alone. He actually hid behind a column and kept spying on me. That #*&@ makes me feel really uncomfortable. Freaking weird, just kept creeping around near me and staring at me. The kid looked like he just crawled out of his dad's basement and was still foggy from hitting the bong that morning, all unkempt and out of shape--cut that greasy hair boy, and get the potato chip crumbs off your shirt! Go after actual troublemakers, don't just creep out folks blowing off some steam by strolling / browsing / shopping so you can go pretend like you did some actual security work. Those three big beautiful stars are for all you nice employees who smile back and say hi rather than grunt rude comments and don't lurk around me...
Read moreWorst security team known to man. Someone stole my very bright wallet on my birthday. I went to every store and retraced my steps, couldn't find it. Went to Sephora, where I last had it, and one redheaded horse-faced woman in particular was really rude to me when I asked if anyone had seen it. Like wouldn’t let me get a word out without interrupting me by saying “no” kind of rude. And when I circled back around she closed the door in my face 15 minutes before closing, and just shrugged at me like she couldn't open back up. There was literally a couple in there still shopping too. Went to public security desk, couldn't find it. Not their fault since they can’t help if no one turned it in. Contacted security countless times over the span of a couple months, and they never could do their job any of the 10+ times I called. I get that they couldn’t find it, which seems kind of crazy given just how many details I gave them. But my issue lies in the fact that they never contacted me with an update like they said they would. I kept having to call back and I just felt annoying. The place itself is full of judgmental pretentious prudes and trashy kids kind all over the place. Not the mall’s fault, but it takes away from having fun sometimes when someone eyes you down with a less than pleasant look. If you lose something of value here, just don’t count on...
