I have been a US Bank customer for about 30 years. I recently started a business and went inside the bank to get help with a business account. Andrew Cullen was helpful, friendly, and supportive. He made the process easy. Then I went in yesterday to get some more help on that business account. Andrew was not available so Hannah Witschger told me that she could help after she helped the customer she was already helping. That client spoke Spanish... and Hannah was speaking Spanish to them! It was wonderful to hear. When it was my turn, I asked about her Spanish, and she told me some interesting stories about how she learned it.

I tried calling back and and would not let me through to talk to an associate. I called from another phone and magically it went through. Was talking to Anna this time and she wasn’t “prevy”( the word she kept saying) to anything I asked. So not only did they have wrong information about my account (phone number), they also didn’t seem helpful about alternative online banking. So now I have to call in to check availability on balance. Read moreEvery time I have tried to get service from this branch of U.S. bank on Montgomery road in Kenwood it has failed. Im a U.S bank customer and have been for about 5 years. When I go to this location there is a woman of color there that is so rude who can never help me accomplish what I came to do. So I end up going to another branch and a employee there helps me with what she couldn't. I would not recommend going to this branch. Its sad because this is the location most convenient for me.
