Discount Fashion Warehouse Kenwood — Local services in Sycamore Township

The store is good, very nice price for a broke student like me. But the service is horrible. I bought around $80 of stuff. In the middle of the checkout process, I suddenly remembered I received a 25% coupon and wanted to use it. The cashier first lied to me that the coupon was for tomorrow not today, after I pointed out it was from today she said: ok, please sign first. I thought that was for reprocessing the order so I signed but once I’m done signing she told me the transaction was done so I couldn’t use the coupon. I was in a hurry to leave so I didn’t ask to speak to the manager. It was not a $20 money issue, it was more like an attitude of laziness or discrimination. Very bad...

This store has great clothes for great prices. For example, I've bought multiple Victoria's secret sports bra here for around $12 each when the normal price for these bras is typically about $50. I don't know how they are able to sell name brand clothes at such a steep discount but I'm sure glad they do. They also sell so many other types of discounted clothes as well, and as far as I can tell, these items are basically indistinguishable those that you would buy from the name...

I stopped in yesterday to look around. I left with 7 pairs of jeans, a sweater dress, 2 bras, a shawl, and pajamas for $120!! There are great deals to be found here if you take the time to look! This is my new favorite store! I wish they had larger bags to use while you shop or even shopping carts. My arms were full and tired lol That's the only thing I didn't like. Nice customer service people throughout the store....
