Delicious local chocolate located right in Downtown Sylva. Best chocolate store I have ever been to and my favorite, PROMISE! The owners and employees are so helpful and friendly, they always remember me and make me feel welcome. Very clean store and they are taking all COVID-19 precautions. I love their toffee, (THE BEST and super addictive) gelato (also the best), truffles (to die for), and chocolate covered pretzels (you can't just have one). They also have delicious fudge, sugar-free options, and a TON of other options. They have the perfect selection and it is more than worth a visit if you get the chance. Actually, just make time to stop by because you will not regret it. Sylva is lucky to have such a great place to grab a treat for yourself or a gift for someone...

we have always enjoyed baxleys . however our last few experiences have made us question if we should contact owners. the man working there had been rude and very unhelpful . we were there at noon because everyone was excited . he opened the door without a hello and rolled his eyes . he wasn’t friendly at all throughout our whole order and didn’t say thank you . he seemed completely unhappy and miserable that he had to be there . the second time after that we went in and we asked if someone could help s they were busy baking ( understandable) he , the same guy said no flat out. a lady worker was very kind and said yes and come...

Hands down one of the best chocolate stores we have been to. And the quality of the chocolate is outstanding. However the worst customer service I have seen. Telling customers basically " the information is posted on it". Another words you can't speak?? When asked ( while they were making them) if we could get some chocolate covered strawberries was told " No". Not not yet or they are making them fro a special item. Then dont post a sign that you are selling them. Your chocolate is better than Ms C's Candy which is famous world wide. Get it together and you can...
