Hello. I wish I could give this NO STARS and since YELP doesn't have this location available, this will have to do! This is the Little Caesars at the 6363 Monroe St. Little Caesars location in Sylvania, Ohio. I PRE-ordered 6 pizzas and 4 bread sticks for my sons 8th birthday party on Friday, December 17 around 3:30pm via the app. They were to be picked up by Saturday, December 18 at 5:30 pm. Online ordering was great. I prepaid, perfect. One less thing for me to do on party day. So I thought! As I am literally driving to the party at 5:15 on Saturday, the store manager named "BRI" called me to tell me their "online ordering system had to be shut down because they were short staffed- it was her and one other employee." I explained to her that I had pre-ordered this food 27 hours prior, not within the last 20 minutes like she presumed-and not "15 pizzas that she has to make by herself." She immediately snipped back and talked over me saying "sorry ma'am I will refund you." Now, I admit, I was angry, frustrated and got loud and explained that she is NOW telling me this 15 minutes prior to me picking up the pizza. She could imagine my frustration that I wasn't notified in the morning? When she opened? I told her that this was a 27 hour old order that she could've informed me sooner and she said "You can get an application and apply to work here if you don't like it." Well, I asked to speak to a manager, which happened to be her! Asked for her name, she said "Bri," asked for her last name and she wouldn't tell me and she hung up. Now, I have NEVER sent in a complaint review. I absolutely know how challenging things are right now and employees are hard to find. But, her customer service FOR BEING THE MANAGER, was appalling, disrespectful and uncalled for. I would have understood if she could not complete the order and would've called me, I don't know, first thing when she opened? 1-2 hours BEFORE my pick up time? Nope, 15 minutes prior. Leaving me stranded to call other places. Luckily, our local Marcos pizza saved the day and I was NOT the only stranded Little Caesars customer that went to Marcos. So, again, I have empathy for how times are tough, but, for being the MANAGER? She was absolutely disrespectful and rude. I will not be a patron to LC for a while, and should've stayed with Marcos in the first place. But, I am a hockey mom and appreciate all that LC does for youth hockey. I really hope you take a minute to speak to "Bri," and maybe offer her some more managerial training, because clearly, she was overwhelmed and didn't know how to run that store with...
Read moreSo I come to this location all the time. There is one young girl who is always nasty and rude. She called me racist when she told me white people can’t have curly hair and i told her that’s not true. She waves me out every time very aggressively and petty. She started a verbal fight with my boyfriend because she thought he was wearying black face , when in reality he is a welder and has slat on him. She consistently has something to say nasty. She wears slippers, has her hair everywhere, sits on counters, wears pajamas, and is very vulgar to customers. She made a comment today when I complimented someone else’s nails and she said “Well now we all know you’re not straight” and looks me up and down.
She is young around 15/16, African American (mixed), and has blond hair as of right now. I don’t know her name but she has some piercings on nose, bigger eyes, and she’s short. She doesn’t need to be working in customer service if she’s going to treat people like this.
This location is quite literally run by 15 year olds and i have never seen a manager… EVER. I will be calling corporate as i’m scared for my safety if she’s working. I’m afraid she’s gonna try to start a physical fight.
She quite frankly should not be working here and is a bully. And not to just me.
This needs to be handled now. It’s...
Read moreWhile the people at Little Caesars on Monroe Street in Sylvania are very nice and friendly, creating a great atmosphere, I have to say that the food is lacking in quality. As someone who has been going to Little Caesars since I was a young kid, I am disappointed in the decline in the quality of their pizza, specifically the crust on the regular cheese pizza.
The prices have increased, which is understandable due to inflation, but unfortunately, the quality of the pizza doesn't match the price hike. The crust on the classic cheese pizza is inconsistent, with one side being very brittle and the other side being fluffy. This inconsistency takes away from the enjoyment of the pizza.
Additionally, looking at the picture of the breadsticks, they don't look appetizing at all, and it's disappointing that they are now more expensive. This is the third time in a row that I have been disappointed with my experience at Little Caesars.
Overall, while the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great, the declining quality of the pizza and the unappetizing appearance of the breadsticks make it difficult for me to recommend this location. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and work on improving the food quality to match their...
