Starbucks — Restaurant in Sylvania

Ugh. I ALWAYS order a venti white hot chocolate with whip cream and chocolate sprinkles with a warm slice of banana bread. First round, I was given Mocha or something. So going back thru drive thru was ridiculous due to the line. Finally explained that my drink was wrong. Got to the window and was handed a white hot chocolate with no toppings. Luckily I didn't drive off so we had to exchange once more. By then my package with the bread was cold (it's like 2 degrees here). Finally get home after working 14 hours thinking I'm going to just love my treats but here I was with a watered down, little flavor REGULAR hot chocolate, NOT white and a freaking slice of lemon bread/cake. I love Starbucks so much that I don't even use the app! But I was tempted to download and complain. I only came here because my Kroger Starbucks next to Flower hospital was closed that day....

I ordered my drink by showing an exact receipt recipe from a previous Starbucks order down to the T. The girl Kayla seemed like she understood what she was making. When finished she handed me the completely wrong drink and size despite me telling her the size I wanted and it being on the receipt. The lady in charge Silvyia stepped in and asked what i needed made, again i showed them the recipe and told them the size, they made my drink like they were frustrated and again the wrong size, they didn't even put the extra caramel in the new cup for the right size. I was charged for a venti and given a grande, and they stated they hated making new drinks at the finish. Maybe hire staff that cares and isn't pulling down their mask rubbing their nose with sniffles and not...

Coffee was good but the car STUNK from fryer and grill meats. The vents from the neighboring grill restaurants blow down into your car while you wait in line. Terrible to have your car smell like a line cook just because you want a specific coffee.
