We bought 5 tickets last week for our family to come to the movies today. After getting situated in our seats (mine was broken), My mother went to go get snacks. I Told her to use the points. They told her that we didn't have any points, (I think points are being stolen by employees because that definitely was not true) Then she brought up that it was funny that we just bought tickets last week and we don't have any points and the girl said well you just don't have enough points to buy anything, so we just tell you that you have none. My mom asked how many points we had and was told 199. She said you can't see any points without a card though and I've never had a card, I was allowed to get my number connected to the account, but never had a card. Come prepared with blanket(s) if you want to be comfortable. This theater has had an issue with this for a while, I got tired of being told they were going to turn up the thermostat and never doing it. I'm definitely not the only one that comes with the blankets, I ended up getting the idea from other families that were going. We also found a Bobby pin in our refill of popcorn. We don't wear Bobby pins, My brother had a Bobby pin in his mouth with a handful of popcorn, luckily he didn't swallow it or crack a tooth. These things are very concerning and dishonesty is not a good quality to instill in...
Read moreWe are usually pretty happy with Syracuse 6, but I was super unimpressed with our experience tonight. The whole theater was filthy. The counters at the concession were gross, employees behind the counter were screwing around. They were out of Large drink cups, but still charged us for the whole price of the large combo, and didn't let us know until after we paid. One of the drink machines wasn't working at all, and almost half the options on the other machine had an "out of order" sign. The bathrooms were horrendous! Only one soap dispenser in the womens bathroom had soap in it. There was trash and popcorn all over the floor. The plex glass on the banister in front of our seats were covered in smudges and fingerprints, so for the whole movie, I only got a clear view of the top half of the screen. I understand the theater is probably getting over a super busy stretch with Christmas break, Christmas Day, New Years, etc. But when I'm paying full price for a movie, I expect to be able to watch it and have a clear view of the whole movie, and if I'm paying full price for a drink, I would expect to have less than 5 options unavailable. I feel like we got ripped...

Not the best theatre I have ever been to, I don’t usually frequent it, but it definitely is the closest to my home.
Decided I’d go watch Star Wars Revenge of the Sith on a lazy Tuesday evening, as I saw it was being shown and I’d never seen it in theatres before, despite having watched the movie at least 100 times by now. I was 2 years old when it first released.
Concession stand was passable, not the most amenity rich but it did have small bags popcorn and Coke Zero at least, which is all I need at the end of the day. Coke Freestyle was definitely missing.
Fidelity and movie-watcher experiencewise… I was unclear what seats were single and loveseat. Ended up watching with a stranger next to me on a couch. Fella was a good sport about it though, and we stayed relatively quiet the whole duration. I still was very comfortable. Visual quality of the film was a touch blurry sometimes… but I didn’t consider that too unusual for a movie from 2005.
Audio and acoustics were excellent, and the main reason I came to the showing. Absolutely perfectly neutral sounding, and not overwhelming with...
