Syracuse Regional Museum — Attraction in Syracuse

It has different areas and even some cool interactive displays. The people running are very nice. And the displays where nice. It has a whole farm section in another building. A baber shop and a old cabin. But you have to have them come unlock them to go look at them. My family was raised down there so it was nice to see what it might have been back then. I didn't see any reatrooms for the public. The parking was free. It was a little confusing how to get in at first. And confuaing the door said by appointment. But they let us look around....

My wife and I were asked 3 years ago if we had ever talked about volunteering with a civic organization. We did discuss it and started with the Syracuse Museum. The experience has been great and we have learned things about Syracuse and the surrounding areas that we had no idea prior. I highly recommend a visit to the Syracuse Museum. Dean (President) was so accommodating and took our family on an entertaining and informative personal tour.
