Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Syracuse

After reading the description of the old world fancoroni pepperoni, I had to try it. 1st time ordering here, it was perfect. Then I don't know what happened. 2nd, 3rd, even the 4th time same problem. I would get what looked like an already cooked pepperoni with maybe 20 extra pepperoni and rebaked. I talked with management on multiple occasions, only once did the offer to remake it only to look the exact same. If I wanted a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, I would order it seeing that it would save me $3.00-$4.00. the old world has topping on 100% of the pizza with extra extra cuz and over 100 pepperoni. Ordered for a 5th and final time today, reading the description of the pizza from the Little Ceasars website, and they still ripped me off with another averagepizza with extra pepperoni. I informed the staff that this wasn't anything close to the old world and they boldly stated, ”that's how we make it so we don't know what to tell you.”. Again, showing them their own website that they were wrong, and they said "doesn't matter what the website says, we make the pizza and know what we're doing. " Been eating here every week for 6+ years, employees recognize me everytime I come in, me and my service dog Forest. Tonight was the last straw, never will I support or eat little Ceasars again from this location cause never in my life, even as a former employee of little Ceasars, have I witnessed and experienced such lack of interest in customer satisfaction or lack customer service. I was offered a refund or remake 1 time out of 5+ times of receiving food I didn't order while paying top dollar for bottom shelf garbage. The owner needs to fire everybody here and start over. I'll quit my job and come work here that's how bad it is. I've wasted too much money and kind words with this Little Ceasars and I'm taking the gloves off. Gonna call around in the morning to see if I can ruffle some feathers to bring as much attention to this location about the hustle this location is enforcing and the trash pizza they can't seem to understand how to make. If the owner or branch manager, anybody other than the idiots at this store can reach out to me so I can inform them of more upsetting things I've witnessed and experienced at this location I'd be more than willing. I never received a refund or remake of any of the 5+ attempts at the old world pizza and the managers thought that was cute. I pray for the opportunity to balance the scale and get some intelligent, competent, employees that can follow bacis instructions to make these exclusive pizzas y'all offer back in that kitchen. Was having trouble with the app so I called my order in. Not these guys fault at all. I’ve never been to this location before, so I asked where they are located. I was told in the parking lot of Walmart. After a few minutes of driving around the parking lot I tried calling and got no answer. Online it says “inside the bird”. So I drove around the parking lot a couple more times looking for the bird. Still didn’t see it so I called again. No answer. I used google which showed me an 8 minute trip through standstill traffic. Just to find out that I could have stayed on the road I was on a few more blocks and would have been there probably 20 minutes sooner. I know that they didn’t cause the construction or the accident and if that was all that happened it wouldn’t have been too bad. When I walked inside no one was upfront a young man walked out of the bathroom and told someone to help me. I could hear a few people arguing about it. Makes you feel very welcome. I told them my name. My pizza was sitting on the counter not in the warmer that every other location I have been to uses. The box corner was open part way and when I put my hand on the bottom of the box there was no sign of warmth. It was completely cold when I checked it outside. Normally I would have had them remake it but was already a bit behind. The whole store came off as unprofessional and unsanitary. As long as they had to argue about who was going to help the counter one have them could have wiped the sauce off the counter that I stuck my hand in. I will never go to this location again. I went to buy a coupleof pizzas around 9:45pm and there was only one employee taking orders. decided to get 2 of those new $6 pizza. The emloyee told me that it would take about 10 mn because they didn't have any ready . i said ok no problem, it turns out that the girl that charged me went directly to where all of tbe unkooked pizzas are and just graved the pizzas and without washing her hands graved the cheese and the pepperony and put it on the pizzas. I told her that i did not wanted those pizzas because she didn't washed her hands before adding the extra topics. She did a new batch for me. I went to have a sit and i started to watch netflix, 10 mn passed and there was another customer that asked for the $6 dollar pizza, since i knew mine were close to be ready a standed up and i saw that the other customer got the pizzas first. The employee said your pizzas are ready. I relize after i drove home that ether me or the other customer got the batch of pizzas that were prepared with the dirty hands of the employee.
