The set up is kind of odd. When you walk in, there’s tables & then behind all the tables is the ordering counter. If staying, they’ll seat you & then let you order at your table but paying my bill, I had to go back to the counter. Kind of a weird set up. We ordered Cheese Wontons & they were delicious! Probably the best Cheese wontons I’ve ever had! We also were given some free sweet potato fries that were really yummy! I would order these next time. They had great flavor. I was really excited to order the ramen & I did. Here’s my issue, I ordered the Veggie Ramen & it had a meat based broth. As a vegetarian, the last thing I want in my veggie ramen is a meat based broth. I did order it, but I definitely wouldn’t choose that. The noodles were good in this dish & I liked the eggs as well. I always add these to my ramen. I didn’t love the tofu, it was really hard. I wasn’t sure how to eat this. I also didn’t love that it came with broccoli instead of the corn it mentions on the menu. My dad ordered the combination Yakisoba. There was a lot of chicken in this meal, more than the order proteins listed. The noodles on this dish were really yummy! I liked that they had a lot of appetizers to choose from & different noodle & fried rice options. I would love to try their...

This review is for the Syracuse location. We had a pretty abysmal experience. We got in and put our orders in and the appetizer and ramen took awhile to arrive, but my wife’s order was completely forgotten. When I called the server over he thought I was asking for the check when I was pointing out that her food (40 minutes later) was completely missing. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt with it being a little busy, but the server never even came over to check on us or anything. They did bring the food over… with the check …but by then we were pretty dissatisfied. Food wise we asked for water, a rice bowl, ramen and an appetizer. For the pretty hefty cost our water came with no ice, the ramen ingredients may as well come from a can and a .10 cent ramen pack from the store, and the rice bowl ingredients were of similar quality. Generally I try to stay positive for any food experience but for the cost, quality of food, and service we got? My recommendation is to pick literally anywhere else if your...

I'm leaving a review because I want this place to stick around and succeed! Ordered chicken fried rice and shoyu ramen over the phone for pickup. Love the interior of the restaurant. They've really made the most of the smaller space. I absolutely loved the ramen! So flavorful and reasonable portion for the price. Chicken was a little dry but didn't distract too much from the food. Loved the egg and noodles and the packaging. The chicken fried rice was also so delicious. I've been hoping for a great asian cuisine place and this restaurant is it. I just did pick up but the service was perfectly adequate. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return...

If I knew this place existed near me, I would have been sooner. I am always looking for a great sushi burrito and boba milk tea. The citrus roll was so good and had lots of flavor, no soy sauce needed. The taro boba tea was one of the best I have had. My husband tried their miso ramen and said it had great flavor. You have to try the lamb skewer also, very juicy. We will definitely be back. The only thing we got that we didn’t find that great was the fried chicken buns, not bad just not as good as the rest of our food. For the gluten free people out there, they do offer gluten free noodle here, I will be trying those the next time we come.

When you order the "spicy Miso Ramen" on the website it clearly states that the kimchi is optional. Since the day this location opened I have ordered this dish and gotten the optional little cup of kimchi. The last time I ordered this I got no kimchi in my bag, so tonight before leaving the restaurant with my order I double checked. There was no kimchi, and I was informed that it costs extra. I don't have a problem with that, but the change should be reflected on the menu. And don't let your employees gaslight your customers by telling them that's not how it works. When all along that's clearly been what optional kimchi meant.
