Fun things to do in Utah! Rush FunPlex! Family fun for everyone! #fyp #minigolf #lasertag #bowling #utah #Fun #gokarts #Rush #arcade #familyfriendly #nightout

I have been here on multiple occasions, with my friends and with my family. I really like this place (I don't work here, I don't know anyone who works here, and I don't know who owns this place - since some people accuse some 5 stars as not being from a real customer) This is my little nugget in the photos below... bless her heart lol she was so determined to bowl like us that she was walking so far to do it. I loved that the staff didn't mind and saw that it was just innocent fun. I have never had a bad experience here (honestly the worst experience I had here was using their massage chairs - the ones you put a dollar in - anyway, I just didn't like the way it made me very aware of how out of shape I was as it jiggled my fat during the vibrations... hahaha tmi, I know, although the actual massage felt good). I love going to try new places with my kidlets - I have been to Kangaroo Zoo, Classic Fun Center, Lagoon, Boondocks, Swan Lakes Golf Course, Chuck E Cheese, and many many more places that have similar attractions. I have found that this place has many things that my 5 children ages 1-15 enjoy as well as myself. I like that I don't feel like I am sitting on the sidelines watching them while they play but that there is stuff for me to do as well. You could bowl in a lane while your littles play on the bouncy inflatables. But if you are in the mood to just sit and relax while your kids play then you can because there is food, drinks, treats, etc. We like the cool beads - a dipping dots knock off that is a cheaper option than what you would pay at Lagoon. I would 100 percent recommend this place over the Kangaroo Zoo, as this place has inflatables like they do but their pricing is way cheaper and they didn't charge me for my 1 year old like Kangaroo Zoo did. They don't have as many inflatables as Kangaroo Zoo, but with coupons I still paid an arm and a leg (it is $9.99 a child Fri-Sat!!! Even for a 1 yo!!!) I like that the Rush offers discounts now and then on their gift cards, and then you can use those gift cards on days where they have specials... Like on Thursdays before 5 you can buy a 2 hour pass for 13.95 and get one free before 5 pm... So for my family of 7 (since our 1 year old is free) it is only $41.85 before tax FOR ALL OF US for 2 hours of UNLIMITED fun- that means we can bowl, play laser tag, ride the go carts, golf, etc. And since they offered a sale of their gift cards for 50 percent off on Black Friday... that means I only pay $20.93 before tax for our Thursday fun family days. Seriously you can't beat that pricing anywhere! I am sad that the pool had to go as we deeply loved it. It was personally my favorite go to pool out of Surf n Swim, Lagoon, Clearfield Aquatic Center, and my neighborhood pool. I am happy that they gave a shot to put in something like that in our community and wished it could have worked out for everyone. I still love all the other things here and will continue to be a Rush Funplex customer. I could write more... but my post is already waaaaay long. lol.

This attraction offers a variety of family friendly activities. There is rock wall climbing, skating ring, a kids go kart, an adult go kart, laser tag, mini golf, a foam pit, and bowling to name a free. I took my kids and did the three hour pass which was great. However after walking around I noticed a sign that said you could pay for an hour and a half. I should have done that. We went on a Saturday night and I was surprised that it was not that busy. My kiddos ran from activity to activity. My kids especially loved the foam pit. There was a rock wall, a platform to jump from, and a couple swings. The foam pit was quite large and had a lot of space. I was disappointed with the bumper cars and the kids go-kart. The space to drive around in was tiny. You can see the pictures of mine and it is pathetic. But the adult go-kart was decently large. It was upstairs and may be hard to find if you are not aware. Check out my pictures for that. My kids also liked the laser tag. I'm not sure about that one, but they kept going back for more! The rock wall climbing was actually pretty cool. They had a variety of walls and free climbing areas to pick from. The frustrating part is trying to get a harness. Not sure how that works when there is a line. We got right in and could do what we wanted. If you do go I would recommend seeing how much time you want to spend. The three hours is not worth it to me because then you're looking at getting food there. That can get really expensive and they don't allow outside food. My pictures will show their food options and prices. But if you're looking for a place for a couple hours to burn then this can be a great place. 25 dollars per person but if you don't do the activities you don't pay.

Months ago------(See below for next NIGHTMARE experience) Spent $90 for 3 boys on a saturday....plus bought ice creams and $50 in gaming tokens. I had a card for a free activity (no expiration date. When I attempted to use it to go on one go-cart ride with my son and his 3 friends I was told they wouldn't honor it. It was valid and given to him at an event. Nowhere did it expire. The employees were rude about it. You'd think after spending $150 for 3 boys to play for a few hrs they could honor the card given. I'd like a total refund. Mother's day is tmrw and your employee was so rude about this. Passing out passes for 1 free activity and not honoring them is awful. That was one of the reasons we came. Very disappointed and would like to talk to management.

TODAY 9/13/25 (The visit following the last NIGHTMARE) Visited again despite the issues previously. Talked with Will Manager who also apparently leaves 5* reviews on the place he works or at least did today oddly enough 🤔 Anyway, brought two free 3hr passes that my son and his friend received.....AGAIN THEY DONT ACCEPT THEIR OWN COUPONS THAT ARENT EXPIRED BUT HANDED OUT TO STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS ETC. Will was rude!! Didn't apologize about not accepting yet ANOTHER COUPON THAT SHOULD OF BEEN HONORED!! He did nothing to make the situation right. In fact he rang me up didnt tell me my total or give me a receipt or thank me, apologize, say goodbye, or tell the kids to have fun. A robot 🤖 could of dealt with the situation better. He was completely unprofessional! They actually have a HUGE binder of coupons they've passed out to the public but won't accept 😬🙄 (if it is not expired thats a poor business model & falls under false advertisement/fake coupons) It brings people/families in under a false pretense for a "family company" which Will reminded me this was I think this is pretty deceitful. I know Ed Gertge as I managed one of his other sister businesses that he was a partner in. My advice DONT pass out too many coupons to literal kids that dont expire that you won't or cant afford or aren't willing to honor its a very poor business move to rip off children especially. Also, your manager should not be giving your business 5 star ratings or other employees thats also pretty sketchy. Will the manager really needs a talk/training about customer service. I would never treat a returning customer that had already been treated poorly over a different coupon that also WAS NOT HONORED the way he did today. I was told in my last review I did to return well I did and this experience was worse. I would not recommend RUSH to anyone! At least honor the coupons you distribute thats basic business....Poor Poor Poor management and treatment of customers for a "family company" I've managed one of your sister businesses and wow what a disappointment to be treated so rudely. I think I would have been reprimanded had I acted the way your employees acted but I worked for Mark and I truly believe he was honest and cared about his employees and customers. You could learn...

UPDATE: (still giving 0 stars for my experience) The owner replied below.. funny how the Owner is the one who caused the main original bad experience. And they are asking to see what happened and how to fix the issue? Dear owner I’m glad you “finally” see that you can edit and manage your Google Business Account and that it’s not impossible to update your information, Along with the fake reviews you make your employees write to get your company out of bad review central (which is illegal btw breaks Google Policy) maybe don’t treat people like dirt kicking them out when your butt hurt by a bad review, when customers are trying to give you helpful information, train your team/supervisors to back down and take feedback when customers are trying to let them know helpful information to pass along to you, for prices that were misleading customers. Sadly even when we still paid full price for a center that didn’t even have half the equipment working. My family member who wrote the review still got kicked out by you, after you had to drive all the way from home just because you had yet another bad review. I’m sorry you (owner) were probably having a rough day, you’re allowed to be angry and feel upset just please don’t take it out on other humans. Communication can help diffuse emotions, especially when all the ‘heat’ is one sided. Don’t need any other “fixing” as it’s been over a year and haven’t been back and never will want to. So I’m sending all good vibes to your company will learn and grow to be kinder, patient, honest in review postings, and 100% working…one day.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Went knowing pricing shown on Google just to be told that Google was wrong and it’s been over a YEAR since they updated their prices. One of our party had asked for the managers card to let them know to update the site, and was told by the manager that it’s impossible for them to do it which is why it’s (was) still at the prices on Google (now fixed day of). She was nice about it, and was just letting them know that they need to change it. Two hours later someone from corporate came and kicked out the member for leaving a review on Google. Really?

Before she was kicked out the experience wasn’t the best. employees were being overworked some were not really attentive half of the equipment was broken, some of the cart games were broken rolling blade skates had holes and were disgusting and wouldn’t even close on the kids ones

But be careful if you leave a bad review they will kick you out for your opinion. Even if you’re nice during the awkward parts not making a scene. They don’t like getting their feelings hurt I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cleaning lady though was working...
