These guys are the absolute best. The carwash does an immaculate job every single time. vacuums Have great suction although I find it amusing every time one of the Attachments gets a rock or a piece of paper stuck in it causing it not to suck as hard. What happens next is what is so damn funny. Those vacuum attachments thread on backwards which is not hard to figure out. twist clockwise to remove and counter clockwise to install ( I'm almost certain and if not just reverse my instructions) . Take the attachment and shake it in the trash can 90% the time you're done, if it is still in there, Well then go get the big guns your flat head screw driver. Once you've completed that re install the attachment on the hose in the opposite direction that you took it off. Yes, you can now put carwash vacuum hose maintenance tech on your LinkedIn profile. Yet still I can count at least a dozen times watching grown men unable to conquer their hose maintenance. So they go knock on the shack and get the what is normally a female attendant to walk out there in in 30 seconds show how simple it is to get it off.. But there was one guy, all masculine looked like he just came from the gym I tried to get a good picture of that 1 to add to this comment as it would have been priceless. I didn't so you're gonna have to just settle with what I put up. 2nd tier monthly pass gets hand dry Which is perfect and winter. Like I said you will not be disappointed, unless you are one of the few that complain about the unlimited wash not truly being unlimited show spoiler alert you only get to run through it once A-day yes I'm sorry to break the news but for $22 you only get 31 washes with hand dry that was almost a deal breaker for me but I have managed to accept it. * For any of those who read my comment and their mind went straight to the gutter shame on you this is serious review for what is my "go to car" wash!!
All jokes and sarcasm aside for $22 a month you will not find a better deal anywhere Hands down. Their customer service is incredible, everybody guys and girls alike smiles ear to ear more and they are more than happy to help you out. just a good bunch of people. I highly recommend you give them a visit there's a reason why during peak hours they are backed up all the way around their building. ...
Read moreOh man. I've had bad experiences at this place in the past, and today was no different. I came here out of necessity as someone wanted to come see the car I have up for sale which was caught in a rainstorm last night. I should've known better... I went through the car wash and when we left I noticed weird dots on the windshield that were not there before. When I was able to look at them, I realized it was probably soap or wax that came out of nozzles that were clogged (I'm guessing the post rinse wax they use at the end). I was so horrified to see that it was ALL OVER THE CAR making it look like a polka dot car, which is so upsetting as I didn't have time to wipe the whole car down before the buyer came to look at it. I had to spend 1.5 hours detailing the car to get this all off after the buyer came to look and thought that the car had a paint defect. So frustrating, do not waste your time or money going here unless you want to deal with issues or damage to your car! *previously, they had put me in the car wash too close to the car in front of me and so our cars ended up colliding in the car wash. We followed the procedure of honking our horns due to the cars hitting, and they did nothing. We ended up getting out of the car wash and having to go inside to talk to them, in which they claim both our cars were damaged before entering the car wash 😒 I had to spend $400 on a new grill for my car as it had been damaged; I'm not sure how much the other lady ended up having to pay for some paint touch-up. Looks like many other people have had other issues with them not being accountable for the damage the car wash causes or damage caused by...
Read moreUpdate June 23rd 4:14 pm . Went to cancel completely. Asked for a receipt and the girl only printed out a receipt for the wash as if it was a cancelation receipts. I went up to her and specifically for a cancelation receipt she said that there was no way to print one. Still have the same experience with leaving with water on my car. We've been customers for over 2 years. Even customers when we couldn't use their carwash when they were "down " for a couple months. Been thinking of downgrading to the basic carwash. I feel like I literally have to go more often because most of these guys just aren't motivated. No elbowgrease, I still leave with bugs, dirt and water spots on my car after a wipe down, just basic lack of effort. If they would just wipe it down nice, they'd save themselves some time from me coming back more often. Some really have a chip on their shoulder. I usually park around in rush's parking lot if I have a few minutes to spare and wipe it down with my own cloth. But it's not often I have that time. I'm totally done asking them to remove watches cause they've nicked my paint cause of not paying attention. Seriously, like not my job to be the bad guy. The handles are always falling off the vacuums. The trashcans are typically so full you can't put anything in. The lines have gotten to be rediculous, but it makes sense if people dont want to say anything like me and would rather come more often instead of telling these guys to put a little more effort into it because of these employees attitudes. We could go somewhere else, the attitude needs to change. There's definitely plenty of...
