This was my first time purchasing shoes from a small business and the customer service was phenomenal. I am a local so I had the chance to meet in person but I couldn’t find the time, luckily Crater ships for free!! It was shipped the next day it was offered and I got it in the mail within a couple of days! đŸ€© The package was in great condition and the shoes were on point! Such an amazing online shopping experience. Not only do you get the pair of shoes you’ve been wanting but you also receive outstanding customer service.
