Wow. The service was AWFUL. This is my second time here. The first time, we were served by a gal who was friendly and attentive.
This round, horrendous. My party mate arrived almost 20 minutes before the end of happy hour and wasn’t served until 3 minutes after the “hard stop” on happy hour (server’s statement). So, she wasn’t offered happy hour pricing despite sitting and waiting for service.
It went equally the same from there. If there is anything to say about the service, it’s that it was consistent across the entire experience. It was rude and inattentive. The server would come by to ask for our needs and walk away before people finished their requests. At one point in attempting to order food, he walked away while I was ordering, as I attempted to grab him on his way by, he said he needed to enter an order and didn’t return for almost 15 minutes. This happened MULTIPLE times throughout the evening.
We spent almost $200 on the table. Before we closed out we were still waiting on a beverage that had been ordered at least 15 minutes prior. It was not entered and delivered after we closed the tab.
At this point, having JUST received the drink we were being told we needed to hurry up as people were waiting to be seated. We asked if there was alternative seating at the bar so my partner could finish her drink that had just arrived, and were informed there was no alternative seating options.
Again, this was after just receiving a $15/16 drink that was delivered at least 15 minutes after ordering due to waiter error.
The waiter RETURNED a second time to ask us to leave, again, despite them putting in the last drink order late. The second return to ask us to leave was about 5 minutes after the first time.
Up until this point the table attempted to be very patient with the waiters and service. However, at this point I let the server know that we would not be leaving our table so my partner could finish her beverage and not slam it before having to drive home, that the service all night was rude, and that we needed him to give us space.
It’s been a very long time since receiving such awful service. Having read google reviews, I can see it isn’t a fluke.
I will not be returning to this establishment and hope that management takes their service...
Read moreThe atmosphere here was great, it was dark, though a bit loud, it was cozy and they pour strong.
The service was hit and miss, having 3 different people come ask if you received a drink or order and each time saying no - but also not getting it themselves. I think there was some delegation here that wasn't getting done.
The food here was terrible, it's wood fired pizza, they make everything in house, and normally I would absolutely love a place like this. Both our pizzas were charcoal across the bottom, with huge burnt bubbles across the top. They don't use traditional toppings here, so don't show up expecting normal pizza - I ordered a pretty baseline margherita pizza and my partner a more unique one. For my pizza, it was very watery straight out of an unseasoned can of (blended i assume) tomatoes, with mozzarella and basil. Well, they fired the basil on the pizza so it also came out charcoal, with a soggy burned crust that was very lightly mozzarella. I don't recall the name of my partners pizza, but it was like chewing a toasted brick of dry parmesan cheese.
Lastly the bill was $90 for 3 drinks and 2 terrible pizzas.
There are many pizza places in the area where $90 will get you a much much...

Wow—what a defensive and unprofessional response from the owner. Instead of taking feedback with grace, you chose to attack me personally, twist the truth, and publicly shame a customer over a one-star review. That says a lot more about your business than my experience ever could.
Yes, I was on a call briefly when I entered—but I was quiet and respectful, not blasting music or shouting across the room. The drink was remade only after I was told it would be no problem. No one mentioned it was an issue. As for being on speaker, your space was nearly empty, and I was tucked at the far end of the bar. Regardless, a professional establishment handles things directly and respectfully—not through a bitter Google response.
Also, let’s not pretend that being “asked about food” is the same as being checked on or cared for. I felt invisible. I left a note because I genuinely felt dismissed and wanted to give you a chance to reflect. Instead, you chose to respond with condescension.
Thanks for confirming that your business isn’t for me—nor for anyone who values empathy, hospitality, or...
