My husband and I have spent a lot of money at this place for carpets, flooring and such. My husband has a rental property that we decided that we wanted to put the same flooring down we used in our own home. My husband brought them th measurements and the staff ordered the flooring without a price which was not how it was discussed a price would be figured and a call would be made so that my husband could decide if he wanted to order some then order the rest. Once the flooring came in we paid for 1/4 if he flooring picked it up and started to put it down three boxes opened and over half of the flooring was coming apart. We pulled it up brought it back and explained it was defective. It took the owner over a week to contact my husband and told him he need a lesson on how to put the floor down. Now we have already put this floor down in our own house but we needed a lesson. They saw it was defective. My husband asked for his 1000.00 back and they told him they could not do that. He asked why and they told him that this was the cost to restock it. We will never do business with this place again. The service was worthless and they got 1000.00 for no merchandise. I am...
