The Mustard Seed — Local services in Tahlequah

I usually do not leave a bad review I usually just move along... but I cannot with this one! My sister had just got out of the hospital from having surgery and had to stay for an entire week (she had only been out about 2 hours). She honestly just wanted to get out and look. I had my daughter and she had her son. We walked in there I mentioned to the lady at the front that this was a cute store. She kind of nodded and I just walked around with my daughter. I actually loved what was in the store besides the price of everything but that is besides the point... my sister the one that just had surgery said she was tired and ready to go. I had actually planned to come back after I dropped her off to go buy a few things. My sister walked out first and I was making sure both kids were with us and the same lady older lady that had nodded at us came running out and said you didn't pay for that stuffed Animal... it caught me off guard so bad I said what are you talking about she said that stuffed animal he had I said none of us have anything. The best part is we had not even made it to the car yet and neither of us had a purse just our wallets and keys so we couldn't even pocket anything... she said on her way back in about not touching anything after she had accused of of stealing because she looked absolutely stupid after that. I buckled my daughter in and went back in the store and told the lady that she needed to make sure she was correct before accusing people of stealing because me nor my children are thieves... she looked at me and said I never accused. Ummmmm if you come running out saying you didn't pay for thay stuffed animal that is you accusing me of stealing. Her prices are absolutely ridiculous but I loved the Godly sayings so I was going to buy a couple of things I liked. I absolutely will never step foot back in there nor will that place ever getca dime from me.. she also never apologized. I did let her know that I would be putting a review on every single site.. Do not bring any child in there if you don't want to be accused of stealing!! Shame on this Christian...

Terrible! I used to go here back in college because it was a neat place to find cute gifts, but now it way over priced and crowded. Then my child picked up a stuffed animal and we put it back the store owner accused us of stealing and fallowed us outside. He is two there were no bags and we were still walking to the car. We said we didn’t have anything and she said “yes you do I saw him with a stuffed animal” I said we didn’t take it and it’s there. She pushed a little but we noticeably didn’t have anything. She was so rude about it I have never felt so unreasonably attacked. Nothing there was worth buying let alone stealing. I will never go back. Worst part is I brought my sister telling her it was cute back in the day. She hates it and felt the...

The staff was super nice and friendly and they carried my favorite Tyler Candle brand for home fragrance.
