My Government phone went Rogue on me. It went to a place in the phone, where it assumed I was blind. I could Not, get it to turn off of that setting. That night it just stopped working. Got to Easy Wireless in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on Saturday. Got there before the store opened, so I could be 1st. The very polite lady that assisted ME , informed me the phone I had was few years old and Obsolete. She hadn't seen one in years! So she got me a New Government phone, and she showed me the next 2 or 3 phones .Their costs were $10, $10, &$25 dollars to get an upgrade for FASTER phone abilities. It's the end of the month, so I had to wait till after the 3rd, as that's when i get a little $Money$, for things such as this. She got me a new Government phone,, she wasn't Pushy for me to get the higher priced phones. And she was smiling 😊 the whole time that she helped me! BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A PHONE FROM ANY PLACE! She was So helpful, I was Surprised to get in and out like I did. I got home and said a Prayer 🙏 for her. Her name is Summer 🌞! I went in to pay my phone bill and I waited for 30 minutes before any of the 3 employees talked to me.The manager on duty told me to sit back down and wait some more because it's going to be a while before I can get to you.So I waited another 15 minutes before the other employee said what do you want.I told her that I just wanted to pay my phone bill.I had a $100 dollar bill and she said we can't cash that.We don't have any change in the whole place.The manager woman said she would look in the safe but still didn't have enough money to give me change for my $100 dollar bill.So I left.I am now looking for a NEW phone company.If I can find a better deal I am going to change companies.Oh and by the way.My phone bill was for $49 dollars.I can't believe that they didn't have change for me.They only needed $51 dollars, but...

I WENT INTO THE STORE ON 4-12-2024 JUST TO GET THE BATTERY REPLACED FOR MY PHONE. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THE GIRL PUT IN A NEW BATTERY FROM ANOTHER PHONE AND MY PHONE WORKED FINE.
