lululemon — Local services in Tallahassee

My daughter and I came all the way down from Athens, Georgia to come to this lululemon. I left my daughter in the store alone to look at the Whole Foods next to it. She was in there for about an hour or so the store welcoming and neat, but my daughter had to say otherwise. She said the girl that helped her check out was very nice, but she came across one girl who worked there scared her for the rest of the trip. She had curly red hair, brown eyes, and was light skinned. My daughter could not explain anything more about her . This is a little bit of my fault on my end, but she didn’t know and tried on some underwear because the box was already open. She came out of the dressing room ready to buy the underwear. She accidentally dropped it in front of the store clerk (the one with red hair) and she picked it up and looked at her, straight the eyes with a scary look, and shouted at her saying “Did you try these on?!”, my daughter replied yes. She went on to shout, “This is underwear!!”, and my daughter had to explain to her that she was going to buy it. Even though, yes, she should’ve not tried the underwear on. It was still not acceptable for her to shout like that to my daughter and if you’re wondering why I didn’t say anything in store it’s because my daughter didn’t tell me until we got to our hotel room. The way she spoke to my daughter for some reason scared her for the rest of our trip. In fact we had to leave early. I would not come to this location again if this woman was still here!! I have been to multiple Lululemon locations. I usually have amazing customer service experiences. At this location I felt that the staff was borderline rude. I feel they could definitely improve in making there customers feel welcome. I know they could decrease the amount they talk about there personal lives. I love a certain product from lululemon and each time I go to a new location I ask if the store has it, usually an employee offers to look up my account to see if there is anything in stock that is similar. At this store, they just assumed they didn't have that product and didn't offer any suggestions for something similar. Customer Service A++!!! Went in to return/exchange a gift but I wasn't too sure what to get so I asked the representative, Troy, for a second opinion and he was very knowledgeable of the store's products and gave some great advice. This is the kind of customer service I look for where it's not the pushy salesman/retail associate but chimes in wherever helpful.
