(Long Review but worth it) I order two Giant chicken quesadillas one with extra chicken and one on a jalapeno wrap and a large queso with chips (since the small or medium queso doesn't come with chips on the door dash app. Red flag number 1 🚩🥴) the order came up to $58.48 with a $8 tip included. The order arrived earlier than expected and door dasher was nice great service on their end. However the service and food quality with this restaurant is beyond poor. My entire order was made incorrectly.The jalapeno quesadilla wasn't jalapening the quesadilla was made with a regular flour tortilla instead 🚩.The extra chicken on the other quesadilla wasn't on there 🚩. And the "large" chips and queso wasn't in the bag either🚩🤦🏾‍♀️. I called the restaurant TWICE to try to speak to someone but nobody answered so I was forced to go to the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and requested my food be remade probably the manager who was very nice gave me a free drink and apologized for the inconvenience and had them remake my food. I didn't catch his name but he was a bald Caucasian guy with a nice smile and easy on the eyes 😊. My food was made and I was on my way back home. When I got home to eat my food I quickly noticed it was somehow worse than the first time😩🥴. One of the chicken quesadillas literally had no chicken in it. You would have thought a vegetarian person ordered it and the other quesadilla was burnt on the ends. The "large queso" is sure as hell not a large either especially for $7 🥴. My husband and I have been going to Surcheros since it first opened. We’ve seen the decline in service and overall cleanliness although when the owner(s) are there this is not the case. Yesterday we went for dinner and were the most disappointed we’ve ever been. Although there was maybe one or two others dining in, the tables and floors were filthy, especially the floors. I ordered a mini burrito and when it was wrapped I thought wow they must of cut down because the burrito was smaller than I remembered. So small I had to go order another when I was done eating. The second time around I actually questioned it to the worker to where she looked puzzled and proceeded to get another tortilla (the right size) and said “my bad”. Come to find out the first time she prepared my burrito in an 8inch quesadilla tortilla. The other workers were not at all friendly either, not rude but definitely not friendly. When I went to ask a question to the young lady at the register who appeared to be either in charge or a lead worker she didn’t even let me finish. Aside of the other workers not being friendly they were standing around playing around talking and laughing especially a young man that came from the back and distracted the others. 0/10 would never recommend. Had what seemed like a newer employee make my bowl. Asked for a steak burrito bowl, and everything was made fine. Got the cash register, and she asked if I got chicken nachos. I said no, and then she said that the box was labeled chicken nachos. She opens up the box and asked me if this is my bowl and I tell her yes. She then tells me that she needs to dig through my bowl to confirm that it’s what I say it is although I’m pretty sure a steak burrito bowl is more than chicken nachos. The register then proceeds to dig in my steak bowl -after she just handed somebody else something (that I already confirmed was mine) and then looks at me and says do I want her to remake it??? Then another employee nothing on it essentially I did tell them actually I’m OK and I’ll just leave and as I’m leaving I hear the new employee say oh she’s just mad, etc. Yeah, I absolutely am mad because that’s disgusting when she could’ve easily grabbed a fork or spoon to look through my bowl that I had already confirmed with her when she opened it up….
