I became aware of Tampa Sweethearts when I lived in Orlando and came over to Tampa for an event/fundraiser for a charity, that was put on by Arturo Fuente. Not only was the event and fundraiser outstanding with great cigars, great food, and most of all an outstanding evening. This was the night that I will always remember. I had the honor of meeting Arturo Fuente, Jr, Carlito Fuente, and Cynthia Fuente. They took time to talk to me, talk about their cigars and I even was given a Cigar from Carlito Fuente right from his front pocket, of course it was an outstanding Opus X. That night has made me a lover of Arturo Fuente and Prometheus Cigars, because the Fuente family actually took time to talk to me and always thanked me for honoring them and their family legacy by purchasing their families cigars. That was over 15 years ago... and I am still a lover of all things Fuente. I have visited Tampa Sweethearts numerous times and was always given prompt attention and service and I had the good fortune of meeting Arturo Fuente, Jr several times when coming to Tampa in the store. TheyTheirre customer service, professionalism and the gratitude that I have always been shown when buying Fuente cigars from Tampa Sweethearts or now that I live in PA, ordering them from Tampa Sweethearts. I highly recommend that any cigar lover take time to stop by and visit. You can really have a nice experience and be able to enjoy some of the rarest cigars on...

Send email 6 months ago never heard return from. Been there before at this facility very small not like old place. It's very difficult to get in and out of very difficult to get in and out of. Used to be able to get in with a big truck pull up in driveway go in and buy sticks. No chance of that now facility too small. Having said that still very friendly staff but don't try getting in there with any kind of truck. Having said that, I know that they stick a piece of paper in your order saying thank you and signed by Arturo fuente but don't expect any kind of return email. So I think it's not personal but they are well,... More interested in your order than you if you go there in person they'll treat you very nice. Very friendly. But if you have questions you can forget about being answered to. Having said that great cigars don't know what happened to them but used to be very friendly very personal online and in person having said that still love their cigars but., Don't expect anything back online as far as any questions go. As long as you are there in person to purchase you will be treated very nicely however online...

I love this place so much. The robust smells that roll out of TSCC are amazing. The expert rolls. Every time I go to Tampa I have to go to TSCC or heads will roll. LOL. I always buy a brick of Blondes. So smooth and mellow. A box of wooden matches and a sniffer of Brandy. Literally Heaven. SO thank you TSCC so much and much continued success. Nice people, educated obviously on their products. Order online or go by and visit these fine folks. Buy and support their company. I tell you, You will not be sorry you did. They have every or just about every Cigar you can find. Well worth every penny paid for these fine Cigars. I just cant say enough about Tampa Sweetheart Cigars....
