Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Tampa

The worst people I have ever come across. Their food is inconsistent and can range from bad to okay to good. They have forgotten items from my orders multiple times and when asked about them they just say okay 10% off of your next order. Then recently they forgot something from my order and when I asked about it they said 10% off your next order. I said no that's fine I would just like the the item please and the lady said ok but if we bring it to you we can't do business with you anymore because that's very far for the driver. Huh?? Excuse me? I was beyond shocked. I said that's ok I don't want the item please just come get your food and I'll have my money back. After get my orders wrong multiple time the one time I actually want what I ordered instead of 10% you can't do bussiness with me (on the phone explaining this to her) she said ok I'll bring BBQ sauce bye and hung up on me. i kindly called back and said please come get your food and return my money. They are so rude and disrespectful. The day before this my order was messed up again it's sitting in my refrigerator still full because I couldn't eat it but I didn't call and complain. I have read some bad reviews down below and all I can say is everytime I go there I do pick up not uber eats (people getting there food delivered may be writing the reviews the wrong place and or have never gotten chinese anywhere else in tampa) this is my only go to chinese place that has never let me down in flavor, never let me down in chicken crunch or freshness. I always get the same things bourbon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, crab Rangoon, steamed dumplings and general tsos chicken. This is one of the few places that the general tsos is crispy crunchy but also saucy which is a plus for me, they also ask you what spice level you'd like so choose accordingly to what you like. Mild/medium being normal light heat or if you like it hot say hot. (Uber eats may not give you that option but in person they ask) the people cooking are always so kind and proud of there food in which they should be. The people are rude and will lie straight to your faces. DoorDash ran my card twice so I called them to ask them to cancel the order cause I didn’t need it twice just one and the woman on the phone tells me that she can’t cancel it only DoorDash can, which I know for a fact is a lie because I’ve worked in places that have had DoorDash tablets as well and all she has to do is open the order on the tablet push cancel and it goes away, but she’s lying to me telling me she can’t do that. I have to DoorDash and they have to cancel it. After I tell her I work w the DoorDash and she is lying to me she still She still just repeats over and over that she cannot cancel it.
