i would give this place a zero stars if i could. i waited a while in the drive through and no one was helping me. they closed the lobby so i couldn’t go inside. after waiting around 15 minutes the guy in the back came out and told them in the mic to get my order. after i told them i was picking up, they had me wait around another 15 minutes. all the cars behind me had left and if i had not placed an order online already, I would have left too. . after waiting even longer, they told me to park and go inside. i parked and tried to go inside and the doors were still locked. we knocked on the door and the lady just stared at me from the inside. she ignored me for a while and then after 10 minutes she finally opened the door. she asked me what the name of the order was and after i told her, she handed me the wrong order. she then realizes it’s wrong and gives it to someone in the drive thru. when i ask for sauce, they are out of the ones i asked for and so i asked for bold bbq and they give me buffalo. i went to the car to eat and even tho i asked for no pickles, they added pickles. also on my way out the lady got mad at me for unlocking the door to leave because someone was standing outside waiting for their order. it seems like they are telling people to go inside to get their order and then just locking them out. im so disappointed with the service here. i understand working in fast food is difficult but i am always patient and nice to all workers. i expect the same in return and decent service would...
Read moreAs I walked in, I was yelled at for not having a mask on yet (from a lady that had hers strapped under her chin).
After putting a mask on, I was further reprimanded for not reading a sign on the door by another staff member working in the back with the food who also was not wearing a mask properly.
I let her speak down to me and waited patiently for someone to take my order. There was another gentleman who seemed to be waiting for food as well.
After several minutes of watching the drive through line being served, but not seeing anyone in the inside of the store being helped, I asked one of the staff if they were only doing drive through orders, thinking maybe I had just misunderstood what was going on earlier.
She proceeded to give me a lecture about how they were understaffed and that 5 of them were not able to help us and the drive through people too and that she would take my order if she "had to" since I "couldn't wait" for someone else to do it.
I politely declined the offer and decided to go down the street elsewhere to eat.
After being reprimanded by an employee (who was guilty of the EXACT thing they were yelling at me for) and being ignored and then being yelled at again... I am pretty sure to never go to this location again.
If you are considering eating here, I would highly recommend going anywhere else. There are tons of great places to eat that do not require interacting with such rude and...

I was picking up an order for someone else, and I barely said anything to her besides their name and It wasn't in a rude way whatsoever. She then decided to snap at me multiple times when I thought she called me up for my order, but then completely changed and became super nice when she helped other people. I kept my mouth shut because I refuse to let such SICKENING character interfere with my great day. I can understand someone having a bad day, or being rasist towards people of my color (because it’s not the first time), but either way I did nothing to deserve being treated that way. It’s sad that that is the person representing Tampa’s Popeyes. I wanted to walked out if only I wasn’t picking up my friends order that was already paid for. I will NEVER come here again, and I will let others know and social media that I’ve experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE here. She says she’s been working there for 12 years (If I can remember correctly) you would think she would be great at her job by now.. and this was a grown woman by the way.
