I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Melissa for going above and beyond in my search for the perfect shirt. The shirt I wanted wasn’t available online in my size so I decided to call my local store to see if one was in-stock. Sadly, none were available. However, Melissa located 3 stores across the country and offered to call each of them to have one shipped to me. When I told her I could do the leg-work, she carefully looked up each locations phone numbers and read them to me over the phone. This is what A+ customer service is all about! Important to mention Karen at this store. She was 5 STAR amazing - arrived in FL from northeast, realized I hadn't packed warm pants for the cold the spell. I called the store, explained my dilemma, Karen pulled a few things for me so when we arrived in Tampa, I could walk in and try on. She looked up my prior purchases, and i was amazed at her care. She even sent a HANDWRITTEN TY note via good 'ol snail mail - so thoughtful. I've been shopping in a NJ location for a couple of years - never received a note.
