Joe and Son's Olive Oils — Local services in Tampa

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. There were 3 employees 2 of which were busy hlping multiple customers and at least acknowledged me but the one with very short hair almost bald/buzzed was totally ignoring not only me but other customers. I ultimately left which really has my biscuits burned bc I wanted something different than the typical publix trays for my sister's bachelorette party. I was trying to make sure I had enough stuff for the entire weekend with a house full of at least 24 usf sorority alumni. I walked in today around noon and the two employees working acknowledged my 2 dogs behind the counter but not me. They were unhelpful to me, joking and laughing behind the bar. After me, a group of 4-5 white people walked in and they immediately greeted them and offered to help. The man working turned his back towards me and I left because I will not support an establishment that doesn’t acknowledge me because I’m a brown woman. You need to be white to shop here, if not then they will ignore you. I bet you didn’t think the young brown woman was a local guide. I wish I had found this wonderful store prior to the holidays. However, I have found it now and will be back. Its really wonderful. They have a delicious array of balsamic and olive oil flavours, with small cups to taste. They were so proactive and upbeat when we were there and there was no pressure to purchase......we did though. Buyiing some cherry balsamic....next time I am going to get the pear flavored.
