Spencer's — Local services in Tampa

Went there today 09/16/2018, asked for help to the employee Marcina and she was extremely rude, my husband asked for help to her and she yelled “what” about 3 times, he asked her to come and see what we needed help with and she told him “you gotta tell me what you need so I know what I have to do” in an extremely rude way with a really rude face, he asked her why she was being so rude and she hides her name tag and told us to leave the store when I hade things in my hands to buy! He asked for her name and she refuse to give it to him, another employee gave it to us. How can you throw people out of a store just because she can’t give them the proper help with right actitud , I have more than 3 Spencer’s near my house and we have never been treated like this before nor never been asked to leave the store just because an employee decides to! I hope this gets to the manager of this store or corporate because MARCINA just had to do her job and come and help us with whatever we needed help with! I’ve been store manager for more than 4 stores and for more than 5 years and I have never been treated or treated this way to anyone. I have never asked anyone to leave the store, and I have never hide my name when a customer asked for it. The employee need serious training in how to treat customer. The most uncomfortable service I ever experience while browsing to shop . The employees was behind the register, holding a full-blown personal conversation never asked I need help. One of the employees came from behind the register still not asking if I needed help and eyeballing me from the side continue to keep the personal conversation.
