The Lounge by Meat Market — Local services in Tampa

I think some of the reviews here may be misplaced—this thread is specifically for rating the Meat Market Lounge. I reached out to Kate about a week before a very important birthday celebration, and she was incredibly responsive, communicating with me via text. It was so convenient, and she was thorough and followed through on everything she promised. Shortly after, I was passed off to Hunter, who assured me that the event I’d booked—a celebration for six guests—would be a unique and memorable experience. I asked him if everyone would have plenty to drink and eat, and he guaranteed they would—and he absolutely kept his word.

The experience was truly one-of-a-kind. For three straight hours, Hunter and his wonderful, attentive team brought out dish after dish, each one feeling special and delicious. The entertainment was engaging, and they even allowed us to do a birthday shout-out. There were only about 20 guests in the lounge, making the event feel private and exclusive—so unique and intimate.

I entertain often, and I’m typically very critical, but they completely blew me away. I couldn’t wait to write this review and share my experience. This will definitely be my go-to venue...

Hey the food's okay the stakes are what you go here for the duck was overcooked don't get it. The brussel sprouts are amazing they are little over burnt but if you like that you know that's the The steaks for spot on they hit it that makes up for extra loud music it was like we are already in the club without have to go to the club could barely hear anybody talking at the table it really ruins the meal Unless you like that sort of thing then...

I went there for a business meeting and was dressed rather nicely... Tampa Tommy Bahama and shorts. Apparently, high end Olukai are not allowed inside the restaurant. It was blistering hot outside. Women can wear sandles but, in Tampa, men cannot.
