This is Kohls in Taunton, off rtes 140 & 24. This is another store where you can drop off your Amazon returns. Super easy, front of store go down main middle lane & on left in back. 5 minutes =tops. I always re-package (worry about the label getting lost)but not necessary, they will do at store and you get $5 coupon each time, receipt for return. Needed socks, they were all on sale and used coupon. The coupon is short dated,so you are aware. This store already had out some really nice Autumn fashions, so was looking at those as well. Never disappointed here with their clothing, plenty of discount racks amongst the regular ones, and they always have a nice selection of clothing. They do carry big women clothing but I remember it being a small selection, so you'd be better off at Torrid at Wareham Crossing on rte 28,off rte 195. They also carry larger shoes & boots. No, I don't work for either store but like readers to know where they can find those options if I know. The Taunton Kohls is located in the far left side of small strip mall, behind Home Depot and Job Lot. There's also a Target (groceries & Starbucks), Wendy's (grab food somewhere else), Petco, small Starbucks (no drive thru)& corner bank. Very convenient to get to, down the street from here on left at lights : CVS, Taco Bell, exercise place, nails, Verizon, Papa Gino's, Dunkins, Chinese food, small variety store, dry cleaners and new gas station at 4 way intersection with lights. If you head out from Kohls to the right, easy access to rtes 24 & 140 down to Boston/New Bedford. Mobile gas, BBQ restaurant, another Dunkins & a yummy Greek restaurant next to it, big chain beauty store . Highly...
Read more0 stars !!!! One start doesnt even cover it. Awful location !!!!! I saw a commercial for nike sweatshirts on sale. I went in and I looked for the section. No where to be found. I found this employee. Glasses, blonde hair and a disgusting matted bun on top of her head. Talked to me like I was stupid and tried to convince me I was wrong and I didnt see any commercial. Got the sale booklet for the day and handed it to me. "Maybe if you look, you'll find it." I called corporate to make a complaint. The first person I talked to told me that he had a similar issue and gave that customer a corporate number. I asked for it and he tells me he doesnt remember who gave him the number nor does he have it. You're customer service yet you dont have the actual corporate number? Had no idea what he was doing. Hung up and googled another number. Called. That guy listened to me go on and on for 15 minutes and at the end he says.. "can I help you with anything else?" Uhhhh... yeah I want my complaint to go to corporate. "Well.. let me talk to my supervisor." What??? Take my complaint !!!! Beyond frustrating....
Read moreThis walpole location is good. It's always pretty neat/clean. I've enver been at a loss to find an associate near by if need be. Fairly predictable layout over the years (good thing) with subtle promo changes which is to be expected. I like the conveinence of the Kohl's app while in store price checks/POS checkout with linked store card. The one thing Kohls need to commit to is their sales... i.e. they'll send out a discount every few months but the list of Exempted brands, departments keeps growing and growing. Basically the disounts are only for the non major brands which is a major let down and no longer even readily available on the back of coupons (on the app anyhow) by rather we’re left to find the fine print while shopping or to engage associates. Not that this reflects the location as it's a corporate driven model...
