I am filing a formal complaint against an employee named BRAD at your Starbucks location. His behavior was not only rude and arrogant, but he also exhibited a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. I requested a drink with no ice, and he not only ignored my request but outright said no. When I pressed the issue, he arrogantly told me that he’s been working there for years and knows what he’s doing—completely disregarding my preference and attempted making me feel belittled.
When I asked for a refund, he arrogantly told me that he would not be giving me a full refund. His dismissive and unprofessional response was completely uncalled for. When I made it clear that I would be filing a complaint, he stated bluntly that I could report him to corporate, showing an alarming level of arrogance for someone in his position being a Starbucks employee.
His behavior felt borderline racist as well, as there was an undertone of superiority and disregard that seemed to go beyond just poor customer service. It felt as though he had no interest in treating me with the basic respect I deserve as a paying customer.
At this point, Brad’s actions have raised serious concerns. His complete lack of care for customer satisfaction, coupled with his disrespectful attitude, made me feel devalued and ignored. I’m questioning whether there are deeper issues with how he treats other African American customers, as his behavior wasn’t just unprofessional—it was blatantly dismissive and biased.

Read more*UPDATED REVIEW Dec. 12, 2024 Decided to swing by and grab a drink & banana bread since I was on the go & wanted to give this location another try. My hot drink tasted like straight milk! Upon trying to go inside to have it corrected, I was told drive through only and boy did I have to wait a while. The lady in the speaker was kind & apologetic for this issue. I officially will avoid this location at all costs!
8 out of ten times I come to this Starbucks the drink is made wrong and it doesn’t taste good. It is especially annoying when you pay extra for many different additives and are at an almost $10 drink. Today at this location, the barista remade my drink twice and it didn’t taste of expresso at all. Tasted like she put regular coffee in my lattae so I decided to just go with a non expresso drink and I watched with my two eyes a different barista put 9 pumps of the pumpkin chai syrup in my drink and when I mentioned it to her (because it only gets 6) she lied and said the 1st few pumps didn’t come out. My drink was standard, a venti iced chai tea latte, but the service and experience were awful. Heather, Caleb, and Drew decided that it was more important to have their own discussion for 5 minutes while I stood at the counter not being acknowledged, then it was to take my order. After I placed my order with Heather, and she seems very disinterested and taking my order, I then went to the bathroom. When I came back, my drink had not been started or even tagged on a cup, and they were continuing their conversation. Eventually after I stood there staring at them, I got my drink 10 minutes after I first walked in the store. Absolutely unacceptable, I understand that Starbucks is doing good business, but they should not treat their customers this way. I was very disappointed to not even be created, and it is not as though there was a long line at the drive-thru, there was one car in the Drive-Thru.
