I'm giving Aaron's only a two stars I was going to put only one but I didn't want to be that rude.. so I want to share my experience with them..I have rented a washer and dryer in 2023 I have made my payments to them a couple of days ahead before my actual payment was due well I am one payment away before I am done..I also added a headboard to my account..with my payments these last couple of months which my payments where $95 a month...they have been given me nothing but grief by telling me that my payments didn't go through so I had to get a hold of my bank which they said my payment went through I was basically playing mouse and cat game with them calling my bank calling Aaron's back I went through this 4 times by calling and trying to get this resolved..and the disrespectful experience I went through was I was hospitalized and I explained that to them and they still didn't care they still wanted me to correct this situation but my nurse got upset with them cause she said I didn't need the stress so she took my phone and put it away..well what I am trying to say is that with them telling me about my payments and it not going through I ended up having to pay them $125 extra twice cause I didn't want them to come and pick up my washer,dryer and headboard which we all know when you purchase things from the rent to own place that they will come and remove the stuff you purchased from them and knowing that I only had two payments left and payed them constantly for two years and I never was not late on any of my payments.. I'm on a fixed income and I just didn't want them to come and take my things I made payments for two something years..my point is do not rent from them it seems like they are wanting you to fail so that they can come and remove your belongings which I never failed to making a payment..OOH HELL NO THEY ARE NOT COMING AND REMOVE MY STUFF AFTER PAYING FOR TWO YEARS AND $2000 AND SOMETHING DOLLAR'S IS WHAT I PAID FOR MY WASHER, DRYER AND HEADBOARD.. so with just one payment left I can not wait and I will never ever get anything from them ever again..so please take my advice please...unless you want to just get duped by them and if you do..well I'm wishing you the best of luck! Well that is all I wanted to say and to protect you from going through what I went through..my last words... When I called to I inquire about the assembly policy the sales mgr aplogized and said they were supposed to setup the bed for me. I told her that I wanted to confirm the bed I received was the one I ordered. I told her that it was important to me because I wanted the air cooling feature. It was important. She said she remembered me mentioning that but the one she ordered was not that one so it ended up not being the one I gave the SKU for. She told me that because of the mess she could give me the deal because of everything I'd put up with, so instead of 24mos I would only pay 18mos for $105/mo but the one I wanted was a premier bed and wouldn't be able to give me a deal. This was a deal she promised me before she knew the bed that was ordered wasn't the one I wanted. I told her I'd think it over and get back to her. When I realized I would be paying $1800+ on this mattress that I could get elsewhere for at least $1,000 less I decided to have them take the bed back. I called to schedule a pickup date and was told that the sales manager was busy and she would call me back soon. Several hours went by and no call (I feel like this was a tactic to have me keep the bed longer). I had to call back and tell them to schedule a pickup time. I was furious and just let it be and just said I didn't want the bed. The pickup date was scheduled for today between 4-7pm. I was happy to have this over with....6:45 comes on new years eve and I'm getting the feeling they weren't coming. I call and no answer. I let the phone ring off the hook twice until it hung up on me. I am so over this store and can't wait to be done with them. I advise that you don't buy from this store. I have purchased from the Richfield Utah location, West Valley location, Cedar city location, and this one. This office customer service is absolutely the bottom of the list. Rude, can't understand, lie to you and don't process payments on auto pay, then charge you a late fee. I had 4 to 5 different instances where they didn't process my auto pay and waited over a month to call me. Tried to tell me th card declined, when every other transaction that day on that same card went through. They say they call and didn't. I have checked voicemail and call log and they are liars. Only ever waived one late fee due to their error. My account has always been on auto pay, and there's ALWAYS at least $1500 in my account. Funny how I call and yell at them and all of a sudden my payment goes through, on the card that was supposedly declined, and I didn't even have to give them the number. My question, why wait a month to call and lie about it, with an account that was authorized for auto pay already. Y'all clearly had the payment information and authorization, yet act like I'm not making my payments!
I have a call log and never received any calls about any missed payments in October and I checked again, first call from anyone was November 7th, and they said it was 30 days past due. Very poor customer service on every occasion I've been called or had to call in. I will be purchasing all my furniture elsewhere from now on. The manager, is the only person I've ever talked to that was decent.
