I had an awful experience at your store. I recent bought some furniture with you, (an 8 cube shelf) I was really excited about it! When I got it home I discovered that the box was a return that had been put back on the shelf. I hoped that whoever returned it just decided that they didn't want it, so I checked all the parts to make sure everything was there, and it was so I started putting it together. I went to pick up the bottom piece in the box and discovered that the back of it had huge chunks missing out of it. I was pretty irritated that it was put back on the shelf, damaged and returned, how ridiculous that NO ONE had checked before putting it back on the floor. I called the store to get another one brought up and I asked them to open and check to make sure it wasn't damaged. When I got there I asked the customer service representative again if it had been opened and checked, she LIED to my face saying that they had. Then she began to complain to me about how she was supposed to be on her lunch, being incredibly unfriendly to me the entire transaction, making me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. After she finished the transaction, she set my receipt on the counter, took the box and walked away, without saying a word to me. When I got home to start putting the shelf together, I found that the box was beat up but still sealed and this one was also damaged, there's a huge gash on the side. At this point I have no idea what to do, but I'm fed up with the way I've been treated. i understand that customer service isn't the easiest job, I worked in retail for 4 years, but there is no excuse to act like that. Read moreI visited today and had a very good experience that I wanted to share. First of all, I felt very bad because the cashier was closing his lane when I walked up but he gladly helped me out. He was training and I had several things that made my order more difficult, an Amazon price match and a gift receipt, a question about the target circle offer, and he was so friendly and helpful and apologetic that he didn’t know (which I didn’t blame him for since he was training). He ended up having a total of 3 other employees help him and they were all very nice and helpful. I felt bad because I don’t usually have so many questions or things to make it more difficult, but he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole order. And the last thing that I thought they were awesome about was I bought 2 cans of formula and there was a $10 gift card offer if I bought 2, but the deal didn’t work, and o showed the employee the deal but I realized I got the wrong size for the promo, but they still gave me the deal which I definitely didn’t expect but was super appreciative for! Love this target and their employees! Conversely, I went to Walmart afterwards and they only had 2 lanes open and the self checkout lines were so so long, I ended up leaving without buying anything. Read moreThis is for the Starbucks employees working 10/20. Around 5-6pm. When I got into the line it was huge but all the people were just waiting on their drinks. The employees were being so slow and just sitting and talking to each other. And they didn’t care to announce when a drink was done. One of the people waiting in line was there for a good 10-15 min waiting for her drink (I’m pretty sure it was an iced coffee with sweet cream cold foam) and they just poured sweet cream in there instead of foaming it When she asked them for the foam they said “we poured it in there, if you wanted foam you could’ve asked for extra” and did not fix there mistake. The lady has been waiting for so long I could see that she just gave up and was very sad and dissatisfied. As someone who used to work for Starbucks that’s unacceptable and lazy on their part. They also messed up my drink (an iced white mocha) they burnt the shots, didn’t use the blonde espresso I asked for and didn’t put whipped cream on it. Educate your employees on how to...
