We heard about the tortillas by word of mouth. We showed up when the flour and corn tortillas were still hot. Tortillas are close to my heart since my Grandma's house was across the street from one back in Mexico.
We bought corn tortillas by the pound and flour by the dozen. We could not wait to try them so we grabbed fresh cheese and ate some in the car.
My kids were quiet while eating which meant that they approved. I on the other hand could not stop saying to my wife "oh.. wow"...
In other words - come and try them! You will love them!!
Add to that the kind employee's and their patience and you have a winning business. I would share photos but we ate them all. 😂
On Saturday and Sunday they have Sonora style hot dogs. They are finger licking good ! The only draw back is that I ate them too fast. You have to try them. Several choices but all great. Again kids quiet eating means they loved them!

Read moreI really wanted to like this place but it was very disappointing. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because of the salsa bar and the tortillas I had for my menudo.
First of all, prices are way too high. $4 for an asada taco and $5 for a tripe taco is hell crazy.
I paid $17 for a menudo. Supposed to be $15 + tax should be no more than $16.50, For the $17 I paid I immediately knew they charged me a 3% transaction fee or some sort of hidden fee which is very sketchy.
The menudo was very bland. No salt, no seasoning, no flavor at all. I had to put some oregano, lime, salt, peppers and salsas on it to give it any flavor at all. It definitely looked more like a pozole considering it had more hominy than meat. The meat (pancita) were very very small vertical strips, almost inexistent and not square-cuts like its pretty much given in any Mexican place anywhere.
I don't think I'll ever be back...
Read moreWe walked in because my son was curious about the smell, the gentleman working just told us they were grilling steak, they gave me a little plate with a few pieces to sample (without us asking) my son tried it and just went hmmmmm, we all tried them and ordered to go, we had just had food but we had to order lol. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I saw they had obleas (thin wafer filled with dulce de leche), I was disappointed about those as they were burned inside, the caramel was over cooked making them unedible, these are made elsewhere though so not their fault. Next time, we'll try their hot dogs as they looked so good. Their toppings are amazing, their tacos are delish. We also bought homemade tortillas, they are so thin and good, I recommend them. Let's make sure these guys stay in business. Cons: small place with not a lot of sitting. I found my favorite...
