Called my dogs meds in. Received a confirmation from their automated system. Left work early to make it and be able to give my dogs her anti seizure meds. I get there and was informed they didn't have any and very casually told that their phone confirmation system should not be trusted. I asked why I never received a phone call making me aware of this and was not given an answer.
