Horrible ! Liars ! And the reps buy there wives ! Mail order brids ! Kinda like sex traficing . My opinion . over 100% interest , the owners are fake christians ! Plus they have a lonely loser lawyer who has no life , Prolly a blessing for his x wife who had to die to get away from him . Kind of a sad place . But if your a dumb ass who has bad credit and wants a fat lazy fake christian owner to make alot of $ off you , then def buy there . I WOULD DEF RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO BUY FROM THE AARONS IN DECATUR OR SPRINGFIELD , DIFFERENT OWNERS AND GOOD PEOPLE . ....

We have had a great experience at the Taylorville Aaron's.. They are very friendly and kind employees..We have bought a new refrigerator, double oven stove, washer, dryer, and front room set and we are very pleased.. We will go back for almost anything we would need. They have worked with us on our payments, when we couldn't make them right on time. There is a a horrendous woman at the Taylorville location named Morgan. Lack of customer service skills did it in for me. Morgan & Charity need training on how to leave a voice message. I would have kept my 5000 dryer if it weren't for the lack of customer service. Don't sell something that only works for a week then get upset that we want it fixed correctly before making anymore payments.. Now I've sent it back and bought one out right from...
