Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tehachapi

The staff needs a serious attitude check, I went there around 4pm on 8/21 after not going for a few months due to having to wait in the parking lot literally every single time we go and always having to go back in for missing and/or wrong items. Again, today we had to sit in the parking lot along with other cars waiting and still had missing items. When my husband went back in the lady acted appalled that he complained and instead of smiling and apologizing, she offered excuses with a crap attitude. It’s understandable for accidents to happen but when it’s continuous and met with a crap attitude, it’s worth a bad review. We love Jack in the Box but the Tehachapi location is more than lacking. If I’m waiting for food in the parking lot, should it be cold, gross, missing items? This was our last time going to the Jack in the Box, Tehachapi location. I would like to to note that one of the last times we came, the manager was sitting on her laptop at a table, heard our complaints and was very polite, coached the employees, and offered us a dessert which we declined but it made the situation better because she was polite and offered...

We waited for 20 min for our food. When we checked on it they stated it was coming, but that was not true. The young lafy tigured out they bumped our order. Not even sure what that meant. The young lady brought out our food and apologize and stated the manager will be out to talk to us. He/she never be came out. The young lady should be the manager since she has great authority to make things happen in the back and good problem solving skills. I wish I knew her name. She has great people skills and was apologizing to a lot of customers for their food being late as well. The point is the young man just lied be right to our face and said it was coming. I get people make mistake if they would have just told us they accidentally bumped our order it would have been fine. The employees and the manager need training for being more efficient and enhance their people skills. They had a lot of workers but not a lot of service. We visited on 10/12/18...

Good food and good prices. The service is friendly, and are generally quick with orders. Unfortunately, during my many visits to this one, there have been several times when they have gotten my order wrong or left out parts of it entirely, even when they read the whole thing back to me at the window correctly. It's pretty disappointing to order four Jumbo Jacks for you and your family and get home to find three in your bag. This usually happens when there is a long line at the drive through, meaning that while the employees are great at handling one or two orders at a time, any more than that and they will make frequent mistakes.

If there aren't many people there, then this is a fantastic fast food joint that I heartily reccomend to anyone. But if you see a long line at the drive through as you're passing by, you may want to consider the McDonald's across the street. It's not worth a long wait just to likely be...
