Costumer service is bad..The manager Tanya and her cashiere Kenzi deal the issue with in an unprofessional manner..They have attitude when question was ask why some of the merchandise that weren't on sale was on the rack of the 75 percent rack..When it was time to pay to pay for the merchandise ..customer ask for the right price .. Cashiere ring the merchandise first before checking the correct price..And before they ring the merchandise ..the customers was not informed of their return policy that they cannot credit your account only even exchange and store credit..When customer complain about it..they called the customer that she has an attitude problem ..When manager was called to resolve the issue..The manager whose named Tanya said "whats the problem" They treat the customer bad..I will never shop there..They dont know how to solve conflict..and the merchandise were an organize..They need training how to conduct business to accomodate the needs of the customers..I dont think they care about people..I left the store dissappointed..They treat customer like hoodlum and gato..I never seen like this for 20 plus years i shop in Charlotterusse..Anyway..if u have good experience there great..but for me ..It was a mess..Sorry i have...
Read moreThe customer service in this store is absolutely unacceptable. I went in and found a few items marked down so I decided to purchase them to later find out I was overcharged. So I spoke to the manager about them and she refused to honor the price on the items. When I asked for a refund she then rolled her eyes and walked away so I went up to the counter and asked the employee working there for a refund instead. The manager then radioed the employee from a few feet away speaking bad about me and making fun of me to the employee that was giving me my refund. After much back and forth I was told there was more in stock and I’d be sent a label to return the item. I was never sent the label so after a day I emailed the same person back and finally received one. I was told I had to wait until the item reached their facility to be sent the correct item to then be told they were out of stock.
