Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed , disgusted and now suspicious. Purchased my first ring in 2021 , had many issues with the diamonds falling out , they told me it was because my band was so thin , decided to upgrade last year in July of 24 , I went in and had my ring inspected as they stated before the 6 months , when I went in again today because again stones had fallen out of not only my band but also my wedding ring , they tried to tell me they have no record of me bringing my ring in for inspection. I brought my ring in for a fact, I was even a little early , they failed to record this and now I am being held responsible for my not even one year old rings stones that having fallen out . Even more disappointing is the customer service I received from Amy , instead of having compassion and understanding she came in with an attitude and told me there was “nothing they can do that if they contact customer care it’s going to get routed back to her so what does she want me to do about the ring “ well since they have no record even though I did bring my ring they will not honor that warranty. This is an ongoing problem there. This happened to a family member who purchased their ring from this Kay jeweler. They claimed to have no record of her bringing in her ring until her husband dug and thankfully found an email and then they miraculously found the record ! Very sus. The lady who helped me obviously didnt enter my info in the computer so of course there’s no receipt or record ! I will never purchase anything from this shady business ever again ! Totally ruined my new wedding ring and band that I was so excited for and paid a lot of money for only to be treated like crap and tried to be gaslight by Amy when I try to tell her who’s helped me in the past . I told her there was a man and she said no there’s not been a man working here for years , and I’m like ? Well a guy helped me within a year ? And she tells me no not possible and then later starts to remember oh there was a man who worked here … yeah whatever , instead of trying to help me she literally made me feel like I was lying or something even though I’ve always brought my rings in always , and when I did get my ring inspected I had to have theband sent out because it lost a diamond within 4 months of having it so yeah I had both rings that day hellllo ! Amy got an attitude and then tried to gaslight me again and ask me why im so angry and then she tries to be nice in front of the other customers, real nice customer service ! Read moreI was helped by someone that really had no interest in helping me at all. This was a pickup for a resized ring. She asked me for my order slip, and when I pulled what was given to me at the time of purchase she said it wasn't the correct one, walked away from me and said she was just going to look me up by customer name. She then asked me "what's the ring?" . I told her it is a 10k rose gold men's wedding band. Then she narrowed her eyes and asked if it was a special order. I told her not that I know of, I just needed the ring resized and I was notified by the store that it was ready. I also asked the store about shipping options. She provided no help. She looked shocked I even asked. She found the ring and was about to package and hand it to me only to be intercepted by the woman that helped me purchase the ring the week before that. She told her to wait and read the note on the ring. No adjustments had been made because the ring was made from two types of material and altering the piece would have damaged it. The first woman did not apologize nor look at me after almost letting me walk out of the establishment with that ring. She just walked away. The original seller however, was beyond helpful. I was very pressed on time for me and my husband were relocating to Spain within the next 2 weeks. She rushed the order and I had my ring even earlier than promised. Read moreI would give negative stars if possible. I went in to get a pair of earrings for my wife for our anniversary. I settled on the earring style but wanted different stone put in. The saleswoman said they would have to send it out to get the stone put in. I made sure to ask the saleswoman if there would be any chance they might not be in on time for my anniversary. The saleswoman assured me that there would not be any problem at all. I asked again if she was sure because if there was the chance they would not make it on time then I would not have purchased them. Again she said it would not be a problem. The promise date was two days before my anniversary. The promise day came and no call from Kay. The next day the same thing. I called and they said there was some delay it would not be there until my anniversary day. My anniversary came and went and still nothing. I began to call them everyday and everyday it was the same thing. No matter who answered they always said they would look into it and call me back and no one ever did. Finally seven days after the promise day I received a call that it had come in. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The saleswoman only told me she could get it to me by the day I wanted so she could make the sale. The earrings were okay, I probably could have gotten the same quality for less somewhere else.
